I recommend if you need to go here but you probably will to get your passport just pick your patience. The gentleman who everyone Ranson raves about on yelp and or Google is not so much as rude as he just doesn't have much of a personality. I didn't really find him to be rude even after I had to wait for him for 10 minutes after his collar told him someone is waiting to get a passport. The customer service is not HORRIBLE just take your patience :)

The employees are incompetent and completely useless, and the turn-over is steady, which signifies what kind of service you are going to get. I realize that's harsh, but it's true. If you want packages to get to your destination in a timely fashion, or at all (!), go elsewhere. This UPS Store is quite horrible now (particularly in the last four months). **UPDATE** I keep getting other people's *important* mail in my box and I'm not getting my own *important* mail, which means someone else is probably getting it. Every surface is COVERED with returned merchandise, even the floor. No organization, simply chaos.
