Certified mailing on Tue 3/12/2024 about 10 minutes before close. Rude female worker showed up 5…read moreminutes after me and another customer waited / had to ring the bell. Told me i would have to come back the next day, handed me the cards to fill out, and provided no explaination on how it works. Rushed other 3 customers through, then told the last one to use the self-serve kiosk, and lowered the door with 2 minutes left until close. Terrible service! Me and the last customer received a tip to go to Mail & Copy Plus, which provided us both excellent service. Do yourself a favor, take your special mailings / packages anywhere but the Murrysville Post Office!
