Don't buy flowers from here. They don't last, every time my family buys them they are dying in 2 days. They look horrible and they never bloom. I work with flowers for a living and these are by far the worst flower to get. Do yourself a favor and go your loved ones flowers from somewhere else. Worst customer service ever! I get in line today already having a bad day and I'm greeted to a worker named Aiden. I was going to make a complain at the store but I will now. He barely greets me which fine. However I try to talk to him and he straight up ignores me. I again try catching his attention yet again but he's too busy hanging out with the worker behind him. This is probably not managements fault but it does need to be addressed. I stood inline to pay for my groceries and while I was waiting the grocery clerk blew her nose, then she licked her fingers to open a plastic bag for a customer's groceries. She didn't use hand sanitizer, I Immediately got out of line. Every register should have hand sanitizer and staff should be trained to use it. Especially knowing they already handle money which is not clean anyway in addition to blowing their nose and licking fingers. read more

I had been to the United grocery on Soncy and the one on Amarillo Boulevard but had never been to this location until a couple of days ago. My new friend suggested we come to the little restaurant inside the grocery store, Henry D's, for dinner. I have to say I was favorably impressed. I walked around the store after our dinner was over and it was very clean and organized with a wide variety of products. I was especially impressed with their Deli and Ready-to-Eat Foods on the far right side of the store near the little restaurant. They had so many kinds of salads and fruits and cheeses and sandwiches available that were ready to eat. The baked goods on the opposite side of the store looked good too. I didn't need much because I'm visiting from out of town, therefore not stocking my own cupboards and refrigerator. If I lived in town I would probably shop in here occasionally. read more

I live right by a united and it's awesome!! First they are always super friendly and you never have to wait in line for more than a minute! Everyone is very friendly! Even people outside will see you leaving and tell you to have a nice day! If you forget somthing they will run to go get it for you. It's 24 hrs so that's awesome too. They have a Redbox in the front which is super convenient They even have a deli and sushi!! The best part is that they have kid sized baskets for your little ones!! The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of prices. Walmart is definitely cheaper. ‍ read more

Things have changed at the 45th and Bell Street store. Not for good. The 'ready to cook' foods don't have the variety they used to, and staff doesn't care. Fresh produce quality has definitely dropped since January 2023. Shelves have empty spaces that used to be full or too much of one thing and none of another. (For example, 50 boxes of small yogurt raisin packages and no plain). Sketchy frozen veggies available. The pharmacy staff is not at all conscientious or engaged most of the time, causing multiple trips needed to pick up prescriptions, which is not always easy for older people. The list goes on and on. I'm seriously considering shopping at a different store. VERY disappointed! The only good thing is that SOME of the employees are wonderful. (But not all, believe me.) read more

Super stoked that these guys are now open 24 hours....not that I'm going to the grocery store in the middle of the night, but it helps disperse the crowd a little bit. It also gives me a little piece of mind Produce is typically decent and I can usually find everything I need. Fruits are usually better than the veggies and they always seem to be out of fresh basil when I need it, but I can deal. Every once in a while I have a hard time finding something, but that could just be an Amarillo thing and not necessarily the fault of the store. I can typically find whatever random item United is missing at Market Street if I'm willing to make the separate trip. All in all - good go to store. They also have one of the better beer and wine selections I've seen at a grocery store in a long time. Yeay! read more

One of my first time using this as a grocery store, had used this pharmacy within the last week and the pharmacy was very accurate. Went up to sign for their Rewards program card I have a sling on my arm due to the reason accident basically the woman just handed me the paper and wasn't giving me my discount or assisting me whatsoever. Then went to the pharmacist for a flu shot was told on the phone my insurance was accepted and when I went to sign in they had me fill out all the paperwork and explained that my insurance was not acceptable here very questionable. read more

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! Went into store about 8:30pm. Know it's kind of late for grocery shopping. Shopping experience was normal. Checking out was Horrible. Was Greeted promptly by our checker. However, NO ONE sacked our groceries nor carried them out. Noticed while being checked out $195.00 bill) that other 2 checkers laughing n talking, customer service desk person laughing and cutting up with 1 other sacker whom has sacked our groceries before. Manager walked by 3 times never acknowledging us. Also saw 9 other employees walk by with concern of us being there. Besides our checker no other employee seemed to care we were there. Once we had carried out n unloaded our own groceries there was a kid right there to take our cart. Have been shopping at this location for years and have NEVER felt so unwanted anywhere in my life. Have almost 20yrs customer service and train employees on customer service. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!! Will definitely think twice before coming to shop again. read more

The pharmacy staff are very nice and friendly however they are exceptionally slow at filling prescriptions. As well, the wait time in the drive thru pick up is exceptionally long. I've waited over 10 minutes for my prescriptions that had already been processed and were ready for pick up. read more

Store is clean, organized. Customer service pleasant. TRAIN YOUR BAGGERS. Raw meat should be separate. Not mixed with other groceries. Why would you put 6 LG soup cans in one single plastic bag. The bag will break. Need to realize you can't make bags extra heavy. I tend to have to redistribute my groceries. So I can carry them. read more

United at Bell & 45th is special because of the marked down seafood. As a single who doesn't like to cook a lot these small, discounted seafood items are great. The butchers are good to tell me how to prepare the dishes. The deli-food is also good---the fried chicken is wonderful. read more
