This is for their Hendersonville, TN location…read more First, I want to say that Alexis was fantastic. She was professional, attentive, and did a great job. I highly recommend her. My advice to anyone booking an appointment is to verify the price before your massage. My wife booked a 60-minute massage for me because I was dealing with neck pain and headaches. After the appointment, I was told the non-member rate was $125. That seemed high, but I paid and left. Later that evening, my wife showed me a screenshot of the booking page showing a 60-minute massage for $75. I went back to the website myself and found the same advertised price. If there are conditions, restrictions, or membership requirements that change the price, they should be made much clearer. Advertising one price and then charging a significantly different amount creates confusion and frustration. My other concern was the customer service at checkout. The employee who checked me out appeared more focused on conversations with coworkers and other people nearby than on the customer standing in front of her. The interaction consisted of: Asking my name "You're a non-member rate of $125. How much tip would you like to leave? You can tap or insert your card." That was the entire interaction. There was no explanation of the pricing difference, no discussion about future membership options, and very little engagement with me as a customer. Businesses often focus heavily on sales and promotions, but customer service is what keeps people coming back. Taking care of the customer directly in front of you should always be the priority. Alexis delivered an excellent massage experience, but the checkout process and pricing communication left a disappointing final impression.
