Upon arrival I was impressed with the salon, very calming music and it looked clean. Once I sat down to get my nails done I was frustrated that they didn't have a strengthening base coat for the nails which I get to avoid my nails breaking with gel but again, thought "whatever". Then, while my cuticles were being cut I noticed she nicked my pinky finger which was what started to set me off - I'm not paying to get cut, I will go to a surgeon for that. It wasn't until I had already left the salon that I looked at my nails and realized what a terrible job had been done. Refer to the attached photos to see how one of my nails hadn't even been completely stripped of the color I had previously (it's a light pink so barely visible) as well as how that same nail is only half way painted.
