RICK MILES, My recent service experience was the worst so…read morefar. Put that together with the notes/goals on your glass door to push your sales team to write up more services and you get what you offer in this department. They call dealerships like Kia Imperial Stealer-ships. As I waited in the service office, I heard the two other salesmen in the room offer the same "extra services" to all customers. Which, if accepted, would change a simple service/oil change of $109 into a massive bill of $800 + for services which it appears that all of us then needed at the same time???? You offered the same added 'opportunities' to all five of us in the service office. One poor young lady was 'forced', 'coerced'  into choosing 'just two' this time and maybe two the next time- she only came for a simple service...!!!??? Now she is stuck without groceries for two weeks because of your high-pressure sales techniques.  SHAME ON YOU!!!    I am incredibly disappointed in this dealership ever since they removed Jeff Alford as the GM. I look forward to sharing this with KIA corporate. You folks are shameless- sin-verguenzas. I am glad that my two Kia's are now approaching the end of their warranties so I won't feel guilty just going to an honest local mechanic that won't try to 'force me into ridiculous extra services. By the way- the video's that you send out, are only as good as the effort that you put into  making them. The ones I received were not done well.- the audio was almost not there- no explanation of what I was seeing and why it might be important to authorize the ever-appealing cabin airfilter replacement. For how much? double the price of Autozone or O'reilly's ... Plus labor of - for an act that you have already completed when you removed it and showed me the evidence of a poor filter and then put it back...??? How do I even know that you are showing me my filters and not just a pile of old filters that you have already swapped out?  - Those are the questions raised when you can't trust your dealership!!!  Try Building TRUST! That brings returns- not coercion - That loses customers- when you lose a 'twice hooked' KIA owner- You start to see the value, or lack of it, of your failed programs.  David Chamberlain

(should of came here in the first place) I spoke to David De la Fuente and Efrain Salcedo very friendly and helpful salesmen. .. I explain to them what was my budget and the car I was looking for . They answered all my ?s. The next day I get a call from David saying to come right in and to pick the color I wanted . I was very excited and pleased with what Direct Auto Plaza Honda had to offer me with a great price and monthly payment. Me and my family are now enjoying our 2016 Honda Accord I would recommend Direct Auto Plaza Honda to anyone that is interested in getting a car in the future. I know I'll be back!!!!

At one point, he asked to take a photo of my bank account showing my payoff amount using his personal phone, which immediately raised serious privacy concerns. When it became clear that no deal would be made, I asked him to delete the photo. He claimed he already had but refused to show me proof. Because of this, I had to involve his manager to ensure the photo was actually deleted. Once negotiations officially ended, Abraham's demeanor changed completely and became even more unprofessional. The entire experience felt invasive, disrespectful, and concerning from a customer privacy standpoint. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this place. For a better experience just make the drive to San Diego.

Another terrible review for this dealership. They contacted ME because I have a leased Santa Fe and…read moremy lease was coming to an end. They wanted to get me into a new lease. Great! I want to be in a new lease for a new Santa Fe. There should be no problem, right? Well, I explained that one contingency would be that I have one car too many. So what I would like to do is sell them my Kia, turn in my old Santa Fe, and lease a new one. A little bit complex, but still not a big deal and they seemed amenable to this. The first person i dealt with collected a bunch of information. Had me send pictures of all the cars Vin numbers, blah blah blah, which I did. But after two weeks, we did not have any numbers. The whole thing became ridiculous. And they wanted me to run a credit check etc without giving me any sort of numbers to work with numbers like how much they were going to pay me for my existing car, and how much they were going to charge me as a base Price to calculate the new lease. I don't know about you, but if I'm selling a car, I want somebody to tell me how much they're going to pay for it . Similarly if I am going to buy a car. I want them to tell me the Price. They are going to charge me for the car itself (I was not asking for the monthly payment, rather the price of the new car). Well, when we finally spoke on the phone, some sales person hung up on me. When I told him that if they couldn't provide me this information, there was no need for me to run a credit check because I need numbers to work with to evaluate whether or not. I'm getting a good deal. But, the guy hung up on me. I sent a letter to the parent company and all the presidents, BP, etc. Somebody called back from the dealership and we're very apologetic Another flurry of texts went by. However, they would not tell me how much they were planning on paying for my Kia. Nor what they tell me how much they were charging me for the new Santa Fe. I suspect it's because they did not want to give me that information. Of course that's information that I would need to determine whether or not I was making a good deal for myself. I mean maybe they were going to pay me a couple grand less than Carmax. Maybe they were gonna try and charge me sticker Price or above. I don't know and I will never know because they absolutely refused to give me those two pieces of information. What they wanted to do was give me a deal and tell me what my monthly cost would be. But that's not a very good basis for evaluation. If you can't tell me what you're gonna pay me for my car and how much I am going to pay for a new vehicle, you're probably not creating a deal. That's in my best interest. These are bits of information that anybody has a right to know. Oh, and did I mention that this all took place over literally dozens texts over the course of three weeks? What a scammy way to do business. Anybody who won't give you the specifics about a transaction and Tells you just to "trust" them, that you will be satisfied with the deal is not booking out for your best interests. I don't think anybody in this company or their parent company cares very much about what is happening in their sales floor. But if they do, I am more than happy to show them all of the texts. Between all of the people I have spoken with. Run away from this company

For example, stock number T0166 is advertised for $553 a month if you finance it under a 5.9% APR. That payment is false. It is designed to get you there to the dealer. They did this to me when I bought my Ram Rebel. It was listed for $740 a month using their finance - with a down payment of $5600 or something close to it. Anyways, that advertised price was false. And check this out. I ended up getting the Ram Rebel from them after some hard negotiating. When they got my truck ready for me to drive away, they did not even give you a full tank of fuel. You only get just above half a tank and that is it. Please, save yourself time. Go to San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino for new vehicle purchasing needs. Do not go to Imperial Valley Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram.

After being in the shop 6 times for the same issue without a resolution or assistance from the service department or manager ( I was basically told I was making it up even though I had video and photos to prove it ), I took my vehicle to the Jeep dealership in Yuma. Against my better judgement I again took my vehicle in for an oil change and after 2 weeks, the Oil change light has come on and I will have to take my vehicle back in to have that remedied. In my experience, his attentiveness and honesty were well displayed by the fact that he took on a job and did it on time for an extremely fair price. Cleaning out an exhaust gas recirculation system is something a lot of garages simply don't want to do, and will become dishonest when facing a request to do so. I have experienced this with some businesses for whom I have left appropriate reviews detailing as much. One business even immediately tried to convince me that an engine replacement was obviously necessary. 2 days ago, a 304 code was showing that my fourth cylinder was misfiring for some reason. Mr cisneros took the time to comply with my request to examine my EGR system and confirmed that the first three intake manifold ports were blocked significantly, routing an overflow of air to the fourth cylinder and causing that misfire. A combination of free code readings and YouTube videos and a replacement of spark plugs not solving the issue made this EGR clean out a very likely solution to my problem. Indeed, I have gone from about 35 miles per gallon and a knocking engine at low accelerating RPMs yesterday to over 50 miles per gallon and an engine that purrs ever so gently if audible at all today. I was pretty sure of the problem and the solution, but Mr cisneros is the person who made it possible. I can't recommend his services enough, and I hope that other people have a chance to enjoy the same experience that I did! My dented Prius has 200,000 miles on the odometer, but thanks to Mr Cisneros, it's still a young car.
