We first showed up as an emergency appointment at another location but then we did a check up on a return visit at this Lakewood location. And guess what? What started out as a small fracture diagnosis but we found out by the staff at this location it was one of two fractures! They really pay attention to details and we are so grateful and will make this our new urgent care favorite facility for future needs. My case manager was based out of Florida and stopped her work day at 2 PM MST (not helpful). I was passed off multiple times and took three weeks to get into an infusion. They refused to schedule my appointment until everything was approved (which was delayed on their ineptitude). About three levels of employees in I was able to set my appointment while they got their ducks in order. Two weeks ago their PA wouldn't allow my infusion because of a recent surgery. I tried to show her it was safe on my phone, she made a snarky comment about "Google doctor". Later found out through my highly esteemed doctor her info was wrong and their was no credible data to back her claim. She never followed up with my doctors like she said she would. I reach out to Vivo multiple times to get a new infusion scheduled, no return calls when they said they'd call back. Took a while to square away this hurdle, now it's their self proclaimed "blizzard" time of the year where they have to re run insurance for the year. I'm well into the danger zone of not having my infusion and they have no urgency. Tell me they submitted to my insurance and there's nothing I can do but wait. Call insurance to find out Vivo never submitted a claim. All in all, they don't know what they're doing on all levels. They stink at returning calls and following up on what they say they will. They leave little reason to trust their office when they make things up and don't deliver on their word. I've wasted so much of my time and energy at this place.

Then after waiting about 2 hours was told he was NEVER checked in by said front desk person and he would have to wait AGAIN 2-3 HRS!!!! He was told he never submitted the check in paperwork which he DID and it was given right back to him by this front desk person and to sit down and wait...which he replied to her that she gave the paperwork back to him and she said NO I DIDN'T with a massive attitude!! Within a day or two, my blood pressure increased to a level I had not seen in decades and it continued to rise to a dangerous level. When I spoke to her she said "we tried" and advised my to continue taking the medication. On 4/13/22 I contacted her for advice regarding a recent fall, explaining that I had seen a chiropractor and another appointment with an alternative care practice. I wanted to know what she suggested. She thought that I should give physical therapy a try, she questioned my choice to go to a chiropractor. Before I knew it she sent a referral to St. Anthony's Outpatient Physical Therapy department and suggested that I contact them. I called today to schedule an appointment and when asked about my most problematic pain, I explained that neck and hip along with my back and shoulder. The clerk told me that Dr. Altneu requested balance and back, not my hip, shoulder or neck. I send another message asking for a proper referral and whether I could be treated at a P.T. practice in Golden. She responded by stating that she sent a referral to another practice and finished her message making this statement: "In the future please be as specific as possible with what you are requesting as I really do not have the ability to answer multiple messages for one issue". I responded: "If you read my message, I indicated that: "I have been experiencing ongoing hip, back and neck pain for several years which seem to be aggravated with each fall." Why you chose to exclude my hip and neck is beyond me. I was looking for your advice and didn't realize that I was wasting your time." The first invoice is dated January 6 and reflects an amount due of $146 (for my visit on 11/25 and saying I should remit payment in 15 days. Two days later, on January 8, I received a separate notice labeled "Final Notice," asserting that the amount was already past due and threatening that action would be taken within five days. This sequence is inaccurate and unreasonable and probably fucking illegal. Quit being dicks.
