Once I started my sessions with Neeru and practiced diligently I started seeing changes surprisingly very quickly. Neeru is great teacher who provides the complete context of all your questions and talks you through the things on your mind and how to focus on getting rid of them via meditation. I found all the yoga instructors to be really helpful and classes were moderately paced. Bring your own yoga mat, towel to place on the mat, and another to wipe your sweat. I appreciated their showers in the locker room because you leave class really super detoxed and dripping with sweat. The studio and locker rooms are always kept clean. Their classes are notably hotter than other hot yoga studios- if you are completely new to hot yoga, I recommend starting with another studio with a lower temp. or yin classes (meditation/light stretching in a non heated class). There is parking right next to the building, which is really nice.

I have been doing TM twice a day now for almost a month. It has greatly helped me. I was a little skeptical at first. When I first walked into the office I noticed the smell of smoke which kind of grossed me out. The smell is from incents they burn during brief ceremonies. When it was time for my ceremony, I asked the instructor to put it out because I could not stand the smell of smoke. He immediately put it out and did the ceremony without the smoke. I highly recommend this place to learn the TM process. I had a little anxiety about sitting still with my eyes closed but I powered through and feel much better today after going through the classes.

The heat is perfect and all the instructors have been knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this studio for all yoga skill levels!!!
