My thought process is, I could order one online and completely mess it up. I should probably leave it to an expert. Well I'm glad I stopped in! The screen protector was $10 which is the same prize Amazon was selling it for, but he installed it PERFECTLY. No bubbles, no weird cooked-ness. He even gave me some pricing to fix my old phone which was nice of him. I noticed the cases they had in store were pretty nice as well and they were selling a variety of refurbished phones.
