I normally go to Performance Dental but it's the whitening trays for me that brought me here today. She was very friendly and personable, explained the checking in process very well and was very professional. Hence dope manager... She even checked on me when walking by. I had a dental assistant Danielle she was very nice and very thorough. My appointment time was at 8:15 it took two hours with X-rays, Impressions taken for the whitening trays, Exam, Treatment plan and Cleaning. There are two people that work here that literally looked at me and didn't speak which is bad customer service in my opinion. Every person should speak to the patients including the trainer from Texas, but I digress. Without patients you wouldn't have a reason to train. The rooms have TV and they play the music of your choice via Pandora.. My choice was RNB started with Toni Braxton. The chairs massage you and heat up. These attributes were extremely nice. Normally you watch whatever station is on, if one is on. Definitely No music of your choice if at all and regular smegular chairs.. yes I made a word.. Besides the two people including the trainer that didn't speak I could tell my dental hygienist was nervous and no one explained what I was supposed to do with my whitening trays. Only, she lied and substituted mostly nickel Rexillium alloy with small amounts of aluminum, beryllium and tin, all toxic metals and causing allergic reactions and it took three years for me to find out. She insisted it must be my toothpaste that was turning my gums an inflamed purple. She also billed the insurance company for my husband and I for PXS cleanings she never performed.

I was able to receive the Amoxicillin, but when I contacted Walgreens about the Diazepam, I was told the prescribing doctor was no longer active and the prescription could not be filled. I called the dental office twice and was told both times that they would contact Walgreens and resolve the issue. After nearly three weeks of waiting, I was then told I would need to come back into the office to receive a new prescription because the doctor is no longer active. This situation could have been handled much better. I took time off work for my appointment and was never informed that the doctor might not be able to follow through on prescriptions. The lack of communication and delay was frustrating and inconvenient. I did like the dentist, but the office's handling of this situation was disappointing and unprofessional.

I called my insurance company and was told that, per their contract with the insurance company, the dental office was informed that this was not billable due to the timeframe it fell out, and I do not have a balance. I called 5-Star Dental today and spoke with Nigo. He told me that the dentist who initially placed the crown is no longer with them, and I am paying for the time of the dentist who placed it. What a fraud! They are in the same dental office. I will be contacting the state's attorney's office concerning their fraudulent practices, and I will never return!
