I've been going to Floss for years. I have very, very sensitive teeth, so I really have to buck up to go to the dentist. But the staff here are all kind and responsive. They are extremely professional. My hygenist is Nina. She has been putting up with me and my sensitive teeth for year. She always takes the time to keep my comfortable, and does an awesome job and keeping my teeth attractive and healthy. The newest staff member is Dr. Maloney. I have visited Dr. Maloney 3 times this summer because I was in need of a crown. I have found her to be incredibly knowlegable, and efficient. The first thing she did after our discussion was write up a dental plan for me, complete with the costs. She recommended fillings, not because I had cavities, but because my gums had receded, causing extreme sensitivity. She performed the procedure meticulously, (making my front teeth look so much better in the process), explaining every step along the way, with perfect results. When I indicated that I needed more medication, she believed me, and kept me comfortable. Dr. Maloney is conscientious. She did crown work on me. Even though it was a very busy day, she made sure the crown fit perfectly. I should also mention that she is extremely empathetic and personable. She has a wonderful bedside manner with her patients. Already she is getting a wonderful reputation in the community. When I got my root canal to prepare for the crown the dentist mentioned that Floss Dental was a top-rate clinic, with special mention of Dr. Maloney. Go. You won't be sorry. read more

Today was my first time visiting Floss Dental, I must say from the moment I entered the parking lot I was impressed. I was advised that I may have wait in the car upon arrival due to covid restrictions, but when I arrived they were on schedule and ready to get the show on the road. When I say everything was amazing I mean everything. The office has had new renovations from the look of it and the building was spotless. Also staff were friendly all around Heather was super attentive and thorough with my cleaning; let's not forget my dentist who gave me great tips with keeping my teeth healthy but she also helped with saving me a few dollars with the invisible smile option she referred. I had a filling replacement today and am totally satisfied with the out come. Dr Cannon and her assistant during the procedure were very attentive, patient and sensitive. I have been a patient of Dr Cannon's for over five years and her level of consistency in the service she provide's is exceptional. I have been using Floss Dental Care for a couple years now and I love them! It's the first time in my life where I don't mind going to the dentist. The entire staff from the Front Desk to the hygienists and dentists are friendly, professional and they make the experience easy and pleasant. I typically see Dr. Cannon and she is great! I also have seen both hygienists for my cleanings and never had a bad experience with either one. They book up quickly and are busy but they never make you feel rushed through which I appreciate as well. I highly recommend! read more

Both my kids had appointments with Dr Cannon-Hubbard last week. The staff was excellent from check in to rescheduling our next appointment. The hygenist, Krista, was very gently and calming for my son who is only 6 years old. They spent time with bith kids educating them on proper brushing and flossing. Both kids were able to pick a prize when they were done. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a great dentist, with flexible hours, and awesome customer service. I went to Floss Dental Care not knowing anything about this location. From the time I walked in till the time I left I would give it more than five stars. The Receptionist was very friendly the hygienist I was very sweet and thorough with her cleaning process. They took every precaution Regarding cleanliness for Covid. Yesterday was my first time there and it was such an pleasant experience. First off Heather is such an amazing person She was so nice to me. She gave my teeth the cleaning that was needed and was extremely educating me along the way. I've had trauma to my mouth and all of the dentist I went to said that my teeth were fine. I can't say enough about this place, I definitely recommend going here. Everyone is super nice but especially Martha the hygienist. I took my 3 year old to the dentist for the first time and Martha helped her. She was so patient and so nice, she was able to get my daughter to sit still and check her teeth.
