I made a purchase from this location and will have to say that was a huge mistake....my 2 day…read moredelivery turned into about 30 days....once my bed finally arrived my base was not ready so they literally left me 3000$ bed on the floor for another 2 weeks....I called and spoke with several managers including corporate over this 30 day waiting period and I ended up cancelling the base that i never received all thanks a Manager named Annette that was not even at this location....she was the biggest help compared to the dozen people I spoke with. i will caution everyone to beware that this place did not handle my issues at all I never got my original order and i will never order a bed from Mattress one again.

Now don't get it twisted I saw a Mattress I loved for $4,500 so there are full price mattresses available. Upon arriving there was plenty of parking so I was glad. When I got inside I was greeted immediately and told my salesman (I will look through my paperwork for his name lol) . I told him my price range and he took me to my options. He did a great job explaining why the mattresses are considered clearance and provided me detailed warranty and delivery cost. He was very honest and straight forward. Everyone was nice. The only reason why they dont get 5 stars is because the couldn't deliver the mattress the same day. If your in the SW Houston area I would stop in to check them out. Good service guys!

They will only exchange when I have already had two awful experiences. At my initial visit, Dominique told me a clearance mattress would be cleaner than a brand new mattress because of the sanitization process. Still it's nice to have them down in Missouri City right off of Highway 6 close to Sugarland. They have friendly service and a good selection and it's one of the better mattress stores we've been in, although we still didn't commit to buying one due to all the high prices at pretty much all the stores.
