I didn't follow up with them as I was referred to another company by a friend who does lots of parties. Well the other tent company wound up being a no-show the day prior so I called and spoke with Carlos at Tents N Events. I let him know what happened and he asked me what I needed. They were able to get me a 20x20 and 20x10 tent delivered the next morning. They saved my daughters graduation party since it was a rainy day. They arrived exactly when they said they would, making setup completely stress-free. The bounce house was very clean, well-maintained, and looked great. We hired Amanda for a dance event in Miami. She seemed very excited to work with us. She seemed…read moretalented with great vision. What we realized after working with her intensively for 4 months is that she accepts a lot of clients and has no heart in her work. Here are a few details: What we liked about Amanda: - she never got frustrated in our communication. she held a cool demeanour. shes very personable. - she felt like family, we bonded well with her - she always showed up for site visits (we had 3 site visits leading up to our event) - she thinks very well on her feet. the day before the event, we had a forecast of rain. Amanda quickly got us a tent and also came up with a great backup plan - she shares openly. even before we booked her, she shared 3-4 venues with her. we ended up booking our own venue though as we did not like her venues (they were too wedding-oriented - we are a dance company)! Why we will never be working with Amanda again: - she showed up to our event with NO sleep (She has a little baby) and told us the morning of our event that she was running on caffeine and exhausted! - she does not protect the client from 'shocks' and uses phrases like 'its not good its not good' for the simplest small issues (she freaks out)! - she is VERY disorganized. she forgets things easily and needs several reminders. - she does not take notes during walk-throughs. she says she has a photographic memory (she does not) - she had NO energy at our event. she wore gym clothes when she showed up to set up at 8 am, didnt change for the event. - she was supposed to introduce us as an MC - it was in the production flow - and since she looked so tired and hadn't even changed (!!), we eliminated that whole section during the event as we did NOT want her to be the face of the event with. She couldn't care less and had no apology or care that it affected the flow of our event. - her staff were TERRIBLE. they were off-the-street promo girls and had no idea what was going on and I had to go up to them several times during the event and REMIND them for example to start handing out FOOD since the line ups were taking so long - she uses very expensive vendors who REALLY DROPPED THE BALL BIG TIME. She makes big promises, but they dont hold through. - the catering company she recommended (UNIQUE CATERING) didnt have PLATES at the event. Our guests had to grab 3-4 tapas-style dinner items and had no way of carrying them back to their tables!! when we told Amanda about it at the event, she smirked 'its tapas, thats why no plates'. She made NO effort to improve the flow of the event. How does one carry 4 tapas items in individual containers without a plate or something to carry them on? - she completely dropped the ball on lights/ laser/ sound set up. We had asked for laser lights to be placed on the back wall and projected TOWARDS the stage. This was a big deal as we are a DANCE COMPANY and light set up is very important. When they came in to set up, Amanda was missing and they ended up setting up on the front wall. Our event looked BARE with white walls, an ugly ceiling, and absolutely no DECOR. This was despite going ALL OUT with decor, hashtag walls etc - the hashtag wall was not well thought out. The words were written so low that when people stood in front of it, it covered the entire hashtags! - Amanda does not have flexibility in her budget. She has a standard set of vendors and unless you are willing to pay crazy amounts (she calls it Miami pricing but our Assistant was able to find much better pricing across the board), she is unable to accommodate your needs. She doesn't have staff who can make calls and get you vendors to match your needs. - Amanda has little to NO integrity. After the event, she completely went missing and emailed us saying she is in the Caribbean for an event. It has been over 2 weeks and she has not followed up with vendors regarding the return of our security deposit etc. Our Assistant had to email vendors themselves this morning as we have given up on Amanda - Amanda will talk her way through and out of most situations, but she doesnt come through for her clients. Her initial 'charm' doesnt match her quality.

Weather was expected to be very windy with gust winds greater than 20mph! This is all news I get at 7pm the night before the party. I spoke with the owner and unfortunately I could not reschedule the party for another day or get anything else they offered. I was worried that I won't get my deposit back. There was no need to worry because they refunded my deposit and were extremely professional. No drama and no excuses. I am very happy with the service and very great full that this company takes kids safety as number one priority. As much as I wanted bouncy house and my daughter was disappointed we made the best of the situation. I did not feel bullied into getting anything other from them and I really appiciated that. I will definitely use them next time.

We rented the LOL surprise dolls bounce house for the day (at an extremely reasonable price) and did all the transactions online. A few days before the party, I realized that I didn't have enough tables and chairs to host the party outside. Lucky for me, go bounce house rentals also rents out chairs and tables (also at a super fair price) and I was able to get enough tables and chairs to accommodate all our guests. The day of the party, the bounce house and tables and chairs were set up EARLY!! I highly recommend this company! They made our daughters birthdays extra special!!
