This past September 2017 I needed translations from Romanian to English and from French to English for USCIS. All translations were great and accepted by USCIS. They translate and ensure the format is as close as possible to the original document. In 2016 I lost one translation and I reached out to their office to find out if they had it in their archive. She responded the day that I needed the document, and told me that she could not complete it in the deadline. I was in a time crunch, and needed a miracle, and that is what Ana from Reliable Translations provided. 2:00pm - I googled "translator" on Maps, and clicked on Reliable Translations, called the number, and Ana answered. I told her that I needed a legal document translated ASAP, and sent her a copy while still on the phone. She said she would call back with a quote. 2:10pm - Ana called back with a very reasonable quote, considering I needed the document the same day. I accepted, and she took my credit card over the phone. She said she would have it ready in 2 hours at the most, but would call if it was done earlier.
