I thought a notary sufficed however in Europe often an apostille accompanies a notarized signature. Mark's fees were lower than others and I decided to give it a try. My notarized document was sent to The Language Pros. It went through the apostille phase and then Mark shipped the documents for me to Europe. The entire time Mark stayed in contact with me.
