Based on that recommendation, the body shop prepared and submitted an estimate to the insurance company in the amount of approximately $20,000 for the box repairs. After the repairs were completed, I inspected the truck and immediately concluded that the work was unacceptable. I informed the repair facility that I could not accept the truck in its condition because, in my opinion, the moving box had sustained more damage as a result of the repair process than it had from the original accident. To obtain an independent assessment, I retained another body shop with extensive experience in commercial truck body repairs. After a thorough inspection, that shop prepared an estimate exceeding $30,000 to correct the defective workmanship and repair the additional damage resulting from the prior repair attempt. The fact that the corrective repair estimate exceeds $30,000--substantially more than the original repair estimate--demonstrates the extent of the deficiencies in the work performed and raises serious concerns regarding the quality of the repairs completed by Oliver Doyle's body shop.

I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take.
