What's the point of paying $3,700 if it won't fix the problem? After nearly two weeks, I picked up the trailer and discovered serious new damage caused by their shop. Their forklift cut through the main wiring harness, broke my safety chains, damaged the coupler, and broke the rear license plate light. They attempted to claim the damage was pre-existing -- it was not. A second repair shop confirmed the damage and quoted nearly $2,000 to fix what this shop caused. They have refused to take responsibility or reimburse me. I will be disputing the charges and pursuing legal remedies if necessary. Unprofessional, dishonest, and careless workmanship. It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none. Friendly and knowledgable, he works hard to make sure you understand what he's doing, and is professional and polite at every step along the way. Will clearly cares and takes great pride in what he does. He's the only person I will be going to for my automotive service needs from now on. Highly recommended.

They all charged to diagnose it, one had me buy components that didn't resolve the issue. These guys diagnosed it the same day, gave me an estimate of cost of repair, and repaired it the very next day. When I picked up my truck they even gave me the old ignition switch they replaced which was draining my battery.

Carol and Emilio were very excellent. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the work that needed to be done, making sure that I fully understood the process and the cost involved. The technicians who worked on my car were true professionals, using their expertise and experience to quickly and efficiently replace my brakes. They were careful and thorough, making sure that everything was done right the first time and that my car was in top condition before I drove off. But what really impressed me was the level of transparency and honesty that I encountered at MPE. They did not try to upsell me on unnecessary services or products, but instead focused on providing me with the best possible solution for my specific needs. In addition, the pricing at MPE was very fair and competitive. I hate to do this…read more Been coming here since I was a kid. Recently, I came in to get two used tires. Can't afford new ones so this was a good short term solution. When I got home, I noticed one of the used tire had a huge plug. Went back and they replaced it. The next morning, the second used tire was already flat. Had to go back again and they had to patch it up. I get it, they are used, but why sell bad used tires? After 20 years, I am seriously disappointed. I don't think I could trust this place anymore.
