As a customer for years, I will not allow Yelp to remove real life information. This place has become a joke as far as respect goes for fellow Latinos coming here. It's a corrupt business with no respect for minorities, at both locations. Yelp removed my first review so I will keep writing my truth. In these hard times, business carry a certain guideline for customers service. This place has none, and anything you bring isn't as important as a European customer. They run, all hands on deck to help non minority. I have been coming here for years, and it got worse. They don't care about their own or proper customer service. I've been looking for someone more respectful and honest. Good luck... and to Yelp removing all my reviews, of course I'm a customer. It's a normal 3-5 hour wait just for an oil change. If I could give them no stars I would. First of all I called before I got there and asked if they could do brakes on my car they said yes gave me a price and everything. I get there they tell me to pull my car around back they put it up on there stand and my car sits there for over an hour without them doing anything there's people that came well after us who's car was serviced and they left so I start to trip like what's going on why has my car sat here for over an hour with no one looking at it. There were multiple employees walking around not working or doing anything, they then look at my car and say they can't work on it because my brakes were metal to metal Ok cool but i still tripped because as fast as you let me know that why did you have me sit over here for over an hour when it took less than 5 minutes to know you wouldn't work on my car. I could understand if they had a million cars to work on there were employees standing around looking for work. Not only that but by the time I left it was already 3:30ish so not much time to go buy brakes and find someone to put them on. They are sorry when it comes to customer service. read more

Bought a new set of axle back exhaust system and a new resonator delete , it was full bolt on set . The guy that worked with me I forgot his name , super cool Hispanic guy was extremely knowledgeable in his craft . Dude lifted the car looked at it and knew what to do . He cut my old ones off perfectly no issue what's so ever . Installed the new ones and my car sounded 10x better . Definitely would recommend this place for exhaust and stuff like that . Also they have a huge variety of stuff there like pipes cats resonators mufflers and tips in all colors and sizes . Even if you don't have parts you're likely to find it there . I went about a month ago for a rattling noise that I assumed was the muffler that was lose. My boyfriend also checked it out and said it was the muffler that probably needed to be tighten or welded, probably even broken and may needed to be replaced. I went here with my boyfriend and after 3-4 men we're under my car looking for the issue they told me my catalytic converter was broken from the inside and there was pieces in there that were causing the noise. They looked up new parts and we're trying sell me one that was $700 and $1020. We let them know we'd come back another day. Shortly after, one of the workers approached us letting us know that if we leave that problem for too long that my car was going to be wasting lots of gas (my car doesn't waste a lot of gas) and would break down sooner or later. They were trying to convince us to proceed with the job but we were hesitant. I got a second opinion and they told me my muffler was broken and either needed to be welded or replaced. They recommended me a mechanic that specializes in exhaust systems and turns out my muffler was just lose and needed to be tightened. The rattling noise is gone and only had to pay $20. Always seek 2nd and 3rd opinions. Mechanics are not always honest and may want to scam you for your original parts or money. read more
