Went to see Dr. Brown (who was very nice and helpful), who ordered an MRI to get a better look. A week later, I called the office to see what the status was of getting my MRI pre-authorized with my insurance. They hadn't submitted it, and said they would. A week later, I called and checked back with "Hunter" at the office. She said she'd check and get back to me. Nothing... so I called again the next week. "Rebecca" said it had to be resubmitted. Yet another week went by so I called again and "Kristy" said she'd look into it. That's when I got a call from Aetna saying they were denying the MRI request and I should have a CT scan. The woman at Aetna told me Pulmonary Critical Care didn't indicate on the pre-authorization request that I'd ALREADY HAD a CT scan in the hospital. So now their office has to call insurance again and provide missing information. Oh, and Aetna said today was the first time they'd received a request for an MRI pre-authorization, so at least three staff members at Pulmonary Critical Care lied to me each time I called. At this point, it's been nearly a MONTH since I first went to Pulmonary and Critical Care and was prescribed an MRI. If I have cancer, I should already be on chemotherapy. But instead I'm still waiting around for these crappy employees to wake up and DO THEIR JOBS. It's not rocket science, people. But it is my life, we are talking about. Don't go here unless you want to put your health and your life in the hands of lazy imbeciles.

My husband and I were taking turns getting up with her every night and nothing was working. During the day she was unpleasant at best (because she was tired and so were we!). Contacting Rosie was the best thing we did. She armed us with resources and different approaches, along with a detailed plan on how to get us all sleeping. It worked. Not only do the tools we have help us now, but will remain practical throughout her stages of life. Every person I talk to is astonished that she sleeps 12 hours straight. And she's much happier for it. Call them... it's worth it.

Courtney is a great parent coach and it was so refreshing to have someone helping us navigate our bedtime mess that we created with our own bad behaviors. Our weekly meetings became the pep talk that we needed to keep going. Be ready to work, Courtney isn't a miracle worker but if you put in the work, her program works! I never EVER imagined to be where we are with bedtime and other behavioral issues in just 3 weeks. My only regret is not starting with Tiny Transitions sooner!

I reached out to her as my 2 year old was having a very difficult time with napping and sleeping. We co slept with him and when I tried to transition him myself to a crib and a toddler bed, it was tantrums and tears. I was at my wits end for months! After many recommendations for her, we reached out. Cassandra provided us with a plan and a solution and after only a few days we started to see drastic changes in our son, going to bed was a lot easier. She gave us guidance and helped us work through this every step of the way. She was very quick to respond to any of my questions. After a week or my 2 year old was not only putting himself to sleep, he was staying asleep. He now sleeps from 7.30-7am and takes a solid 1.5/2 hour nap. He is a much happier toddler now too! Really our experience with Cassandra made a huge difference and I highly recommend her.

All in all, I've been very happy with my experience here. My sleep study was five years ago, but I've been coming back every year for my annual follow-up. My sleep study itself went smoothly and the technicians made sure they explained everything they were doing and what would be happening. Overall, they took good care of my during my overnight stay. You get your own private room that is similar to a hotel room with a bed, TV, and private bathroom. While your sleep may not be as comfortable as staying in a hotel due to all the wires that you will be hooked up to, I still managed to fall asleep. They want you asleep by 10:30 or so and they will wake you up around 6:30. I simply took a shower there and then went straight to work. They helped with the type of mask I should wear and have helped with fittings subsequently. For the annual follow-up appointments, the doctor is usually on-time and I've generally seen the doctor within ten minutes of my appointment. The only exception was on my most recent visit, in which I was left in the waiting room for close to 30 minutes past my appointment and there was no one else there. It turned out that my doctor was doing some dictation. Yes this was frustrating, but I will say that this has not been my normal experience. If you find yourself tired throughout the day, you might have sleep apnea and if you need a sleep study, I would recommend the Paoli Sleep Center.
