If you don't bring the necessary paperwork, the staff can't help you - they are not allowed to make exceptions to the law. HIGHLY recommend this little gem of an activity. My fiancé got down on one knee 15 minutes after the tour ended and although the tour DID come in second place on the list of "favorite things about the weekend" it was a VERY close call ;)
