Driver was unable to give me a receipt. Driver used a scruffy looking blue plastic laundry basket to take our beloved dog away. Was told I would receive an email with receipt and further instructions. following up with the company by phone a day later, yet again, the person on the phone was very rushed and telling me of their problems. told me again they would call when things were ready and email my receipt. failed on both and I needed to call them a couple days later with them telling me he had been ready for pick up. told me they would not be able to email my receipt until apparently the owner was available. again, I felt rushed on the phone with the person on the phone not wanting to email the address instead waiting for me to get things together so I could take it down. extremely disappointed and I would highly suggest just passing on this service.

We also got a clay ornament with his paws and name on it. Now, she is our general care vet at the Animal Medical Clinic of Merle Hay. We have been very pleased with with the treatment of our two cats, as well as the prices and level of service. Dr. Heyer takes a very proactive (make sure the problems don't happen in the first place) approach to the health of the animals, instead the usual retroactive (figure out how to fix them after they're already sick) approach you find at most vets. Overall, we have had only great experiences at the Animal Mecial Clinic!
