Contracted and paid for a Middle School Dance and they didn't show on a Friday night, for over 100 kids, doesn't get much worse than that!!!!! Untouchable was amazing! I was skeptical booking a DJ/ event host for our wedding. I didn't want "popular/club" type music played and I also didn't want the host to be annoying. Meeting with Jason put all of those doubts out of my mind. They are all about creating the perfect party for YOU. Our DJ, Adam, was perfect. He selected great music based on the comprehensive format packet we had to fill out and was the perfect amount of host for the event. As soon as you walk in the doors of Untouchable Entertainment's office you know you are making a good choice. The entire staff is so beyond kind as well as genuinely supportive. My husband and I got married October 20, 2017. As a couple we were extremely laid back with wedding planning and not the type of people who care about the color of the napkins on the table, so we thought getting a photographer was just another thing to check off our list of things to do. After going through different companies we realized it was a bigger task then just finding someone to hold a camera. We needed someone who put their heart into their work which is truly what we found in our amazing photographer, Maria Lanza. Maria not only took amazing photos but kept us on track throughout the night. When you're partying hard you forget about all the photos you wanted. However, since they do creative meetings prior to events their staff has notes on what you want so even when you are focused on dancing your photographer manages to get you the shots you wanted. We thought all we wanted was a photographer but after thinking about how one day goes by so fast, about six months before our wedding we decided to add on a videographer to our package (best decision ever). We were lucky to get, Mike McConnon who is not only an amazing videographer but extremely funny and personable as well. Maria and Mike worked together so well and will always be a special memory to use when we look back at our wedding day. Our only regret with Untouchable is that we didn't use them for our DJ and make our whole wedding staffer by them. My husband Michael and I married each other this past Saturday October 7th 2017. We were surrounded by our family, friends and the most professional staff we've had the pleasure of working with- Untouchable Entertainment My husband and I knew immediately we needed to hire Untouchable Entertainment, they helped us with many services!! Jason was our officiant- he helped customize our I dos and vows- this man invested himself and went above and beyond to personalize everything to custom fit our lives and our passions. The entire staff was professional, motivated, polite, helpful in many ways- especially keeping my husband relaxed ( he doesn't like speaking in front of big crowds) and they kept him so comfortable which in turn helped our wedding day run smoothly The photogrphers were a fresh of breath air. Such beautiful young ladies who were so helpful, they executed!! Every picture taken was to our liking and made us feel extremely comfortable during the process. Our guests were non stop dancing. We received many compliments about the music and the energy Jason has. Our videographer was incredible- very personable as well as professional. He also hit it off with my husband- there both eagles fans and talked sports. The "staff" in my opinion is more like a family. They compliment each other so well, such a blessing working with all Untouchable Entertainment I'm screaming on the top of my lungs thank you thank you thank you!!! My wedding was in March and it is now August and I still have not received my wedding video. They had a version completed 2 months ago but they spelled my wife's name wrong and my last name wrong in the video and on the cover. I have made over a dozen calls to them to try and fix this issue and I was told they had to re-render the whole video to fix the mistake. Jason has only called me back once two months ago to tell me it would be in the mail in a few days. I am still waiting. We asked the DJ to play a certain song for our entrance and that did not happen. We asked that the photographer get table pictures of everyone. That also did not happen. They only reason we got our photos on time is because we worked out a deal to get a copy of all the pictures on a flash drive on the day of my wedding. Which we had to wait for over an hour after the wedding was over to get. Jason the owner of untouchables is a great salesman and will promise you the world and get back to you ASAP until he gets all his money and then you cannot even get a call back from him or any of his staff. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go with another more professional company. read more

So glad we found untouchable Entertainment, they are so wonderful when it comes to preparing for the wedding. I know a lot of photographers just show up and take photos- sometimes your wedding day being the first time you ever actually meet them. I love that Untouchable does a couple meetings before the event and gives you their full attention and time to ask all your questions. So excited to have Maria as our photographer and Micheal as our videographer after looking at their awesome portfolios Jason is also great and will always go out of his way to give the bride and groom whatever they want for their big day. read more

After signing a contract and going over every detail of the ceremony, the officiant showed up wearing a monks robe instead of the agreed upon suit, did not perform the ceremony as written and lied about my wife telling him to wear the robe when she said 4 times NOT TO. One of the owners, a young kid named Jason, told me he would do NOTHING for me and the priest who was the paid officiant threatened to sue me after I told him that I would post negative reviews due to his poor performance and lies. NEVER USE these people again and never book Father Anthony as well! read more

I experienced, so many issues about my photos when I received them back. Main issue, our photographer never pulled us out, for family photos. Received an email from the company to remove this and couldn't believe I would slander their company. After all of this, received a letter from the president, will re emburse me on services I had already paid for, but will not receive. By accepting this " check " can't write any neg reviews online, otherwise will sue me! This letter was not a contract, & they reimbursed me on services not completed, so I'm entitled to my money back. To try and sue me, how about owning up to your faults? To threaten me on the truth, and to hide from their unprofessional services disgusts me. Do not recommend this company at all!!! Stay away at all cost I used Untouchable entertainment in Toms River NJ for their officiant services. I had met with a priest called Father Anthony. Father Anthony usually does his services wearing a robe and sandals. I had asked father Anthony six times to please wear a suit and NOT wear the robe and sandals. I also outlined exactly what I wanted him to say. About 20 minutes before the ceremony he showed up in the sandals and robe. When I asked father Anthony why he wore the sandals he lied to me and said my wife had told him to wear them. We also asked father Anthony to say certain prayers and he did not. I asked for a partial refund from the Untouchable Entertainment and was told NO. I was also told by Jason(the owner) that Father Anthony would call me to "talk some sense into me". Craig was amazing to work with, and helped us to laugh and stay calm while taking pictures, and Jason kept the party going for us during the reception. Easy to work with, great customer service. So we got sold a beautiful experience with an amazing presentation of work at their office but that wasn't the case with what actually happened. The pictures that were supposed to happen with groom and mom and brother and wedding party while getting ready were never taken they were down stairs setting up i don't know what. a bunch of nice pictures that were planned to be taken never got taken during the event. i payed close to 2000$ on a dance choreography and gave them detailed steps on when and where and detailed steps on how to start and stop the music, that was a ruined and threw me and my wife of to the point we had to improvise the ending because we had it done one way and one way only and been practicing it like that for close to a year. The main guy of the place just seemed unorganized maybe because he was high a few of my guest kept complaining he smelt like weed. They lost my 3 hour playlist of songs i made claiming there email server got messed up and never got my list. i sent the email a couple times i had diverse crowd at my wedding and the dj i guessed assumed we were spanish and played a shit ton of spanish music. i got my wedding video got excited to watch it called everyone over and they DIDNT work. They offered free things all ready and i just haven't contacted them since we got the new videos witch also was so muffled at parts you could barely understand whats being said, STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT MY ASS, a go pro with a case around it no shit its going to be muffled i guess they didn't think of that, photographer in the middle of the isle in the back so she's in every shot of the video while everyone is talking down the isle. I'm so over this place and this morning to top it off for the first time i go to plug in the USB drive with all the pictures because i need to get a few pictures printed out this weekend and the USB is corrupted and also doesn't work, just fucking wonderful. I hired Untouchable for all of their offering services. At first, everything was so perfect. I guess the "too good to be true" experience. I was told upon signing everything that we would be able to make payments due to my husband and I, paying for everything ourselves. I was also to ask to review them, knowing I trusted them ahead of time. Wrong. I have to say, our wedding was absolutely wonderful. The music, lighting and photo booth were amazing, even though I never received that DVD. After paying everything off, i finally received my photos, hired 2 photographers, one did an amazing job, I dont remember her name, but I had a gentleman named Craig who's pictures turned out awful. I could tell which one's were his, very amature. Not only that, my husbands cousin brought a friend, her plus 1, who I do not even know, dressed totally inappropriate, with cleavage hanging out, was in almost every single picture during the reception. What a waste for a 2nd photographer. The video was beautiful besides the fact I got to pick the music for the background a head of time and out of about 7 songs, not one of them was what I picked. I was also told, since I also had two videographers, that there would be a split screen, especially of me and of my husband as I walked up the aisle. Did not receive that in the video. When i went up there to go pick it up, i was told they sent it, and we had moved since the wedding, they had the nerve to tell me I should have told them. Well I live 20 miles away, and they should have notified me that they were sending it. That was very unprofessional of them. All that money and time I would really have hoped everything came back decent. One last thing, when I received the highlight video before the origjnal, it never worked. I was also told Jason would be one of my DJ's, and the one I chose from a Bridal Show, and Jason did not do mine. Again, I was happy with the DJ who I chose, whom is no longer there.
