Everything was handled by her staff -- no one-on-one interaction with the actual attorney, even after hiring them. What made things worse is that once I paid and retained their services, communication became nearly impossible. Every time I called, I was told the team was busy, and no one ever returned my calls. I felt completely left in the dark and unsupported during a very important process. I expected more transparency and direct involvement from the attorney herself.
