I would rate my experience with First Stop Auto as superb. Ricky was extremely communicative and accommodating in scheduling an appointment to install an iPod connector to my car. Once there, he immediately knew what to do and got started. After trying several times and combinations, we couldn't get it to work, however. I called tech support and had Ricky talk to them for several minutes trying to figure out what was wrong. In the end, it turned out the connector wasn't compatible with my stereo. Even though he'd spent about an hour working on it, Ricky did not charge me. I searched for a good reliable mechanic to install a remote starter and a set of fog lights on my truck, googled the info. and came up with First Stop Auto Electronics. Contacted Rick by email and by phone, he gave me a quote for the job and we arranged to meet. Rick picked up my truck at the house, took it for a few hours and came back with the job done. Ricky was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He wired my radar detector into the power by the rear view mirror and did a wonderful job.
