The professionalism of the technicians really stood out, and I want to give a special shoutout to Kannah, who did a wonderful job on my pedicure--gentle, thorough, and so kind throughout the entire service. I called Circle Dental to set up an appointment, and they told me that they weren't accepting Signa or Metlife because of a "Pay Discrepancy" and that "If I had Delta Dental, they would accept me". When I called my insurance back and reported this to them, they said Circle dental had not informed them of the "no new patients", I requested them to call and verify. Still, when MetLife called Circle Dental, Circle reported that it was due to overall "Patient Capacity" There is a significant discrepancy here between what they are telling patients and what they are telling insurance companies. These two calls happened today and within an hour of each other.
