The most I recall waiting was 10 min after my appt time, but that was a one off as most time I get called to the back within a few minute after being checked in. When being recommended treatment, I get well informed on the problem areas which they can see through visual inspections as well as their high tech equipment. This past year I also moved forward with Aligners that were recommend and it's been the best decision made. It's across from Sinclair Gas Station and Hanford High School. Parking is limited to staff so your best bet is to park along the side street or in front of residence which is only a few walking distance from the office. The office and and waiting room is quite limited and small so it's best to contact the office for schedule appointments visits. Usually I don't have a pleasant experience at the Dentist, but Doctor Tran is quite skilled with her hands and perform real well with my teeth cleaning, and Cavity Filling. Her staff, Dental Hygienist was also great with her skills. My wife and I been commuting out of the area to Visalia for Dental services. We can officially say Doctor Tran Family Dentistry will be our go to office for Dental visit. My appointment was at 9am and I was in and out of the office by 45 minutes. I am so grateful to this office for allowing me to take late appointments. I take care of my elderly parents, and have many issues such as degenerating discs in my neck, fibromyalgia etc. They are always understanding and kind and willing to help me out in any way they can. They even offered me a ride to and from an appointment. I've had fillings, a difficult root canal, and am also under treatment for adult braces. I feel that Dr. Yanez and his team went above and beyond to help me get through that root canal. I am happy that finally found a dental office that I feel comfortable and safe at. I went in for a tooth extraction, which I was dreading since I'm usually terrified of dental work. The staff numbed me so well that by the time Dr. Kim gave the injection, I barely felt it.
