The gentlemen who helped me, I believe his name was Mariano( I think) was very helpful and knowledgable. His repair was swift and quality. (My wife had managed to crack the screen on her LG G3.) Coming to see me at my house meant I could be a parent and simultaneously take care of this problem. BlackBerry is down to less than 1% of the market, so not very many phone repair shops have any experience with the current/recent BlackBerry lineup. I made over a dozen phone calls to different phone repair places, all with the same result - "We don't work on those. No idea where you could get it repaired". I took my BlackBerry Priv to Japan and the Philippines on a business trip, and even though I used the correct voltage converters in both places, something went wrong, and my phone stopped working. As in, I couldn't even turn it on. These guys fixed it, quickly, and reasonably, and I would recommend their services to anyone. Kudos.
