Great service initially they repaired the screen to my son's iPad and returned it very quickly after about a month I noticed that the home button was off center then it did not work at all. I recently took it back in and they receded the screen but the home button still does not work. The home button was in perfect working condition prior to bring it in to these guys now it doesn't work at all. They replaced my button with a different button and put the home button on the screen which is really not acceptable seeing that my home button was in perfect working condition prior to bringing it in for the screen repair. A month had passed so he offered to set the screen but did not offer to return my home button to its prior working condition this is very disappointing because I had no problems with my home button before I brought it in and this is a brand new iPad. They should have offered to repair it or send it to Apple to have this button repaired and replaced because they are the ones who took it off center and now it no longer works. You know that feeling you get when you phone drops to the ground and the feeling in the pit of your stomach as you pick it up and discover that your screen is shattered. Then the next thought is ugh this is going to cost a fortune to fix, I may as well buy a new phone but then you realize ugh I just freekin bought this phone cash because sprint...well I wont even get started on sprint. Hadeer Chapter 1 I drenched my iPhone 5S on 3/17/17 and it stopped working. I thought my photos and contacts were goners. I chose this shop at 21700 Greenfield in Oak Park based on reviews. In 15 minutes the owner, Hadeer, had my phone dried out, cleaned up, and working again. The cost was very reasonable. Back in my car, I realized there were questions I should have asked Hadeer so I went back in. I waited while he went over some complicated stuff with a young guy who left the shop smiling and saying, "You're the best!" Then he helped me some more. He seems to like working with people. I've had the phone for a week now and it works perfectly. You won't go wrong here. Hadeer Chapter 2 5 weeks later, 4/24/17: Late in the day I spilled my 750 ml water bottle all over my desk, notebooks, AND iPHONE 5S. At least stuff was on the cloud. I knew enough to turn the power off and took it to Hadeer. He said he uses an ultra-sonic bath and then re-flows the circuit. The glass on my cell phone camera broke, so they said they could fix it for 25 dollars. I picked it up and it looked great, but 1 week later the lens was scratched so bad the camera was unusable. They replaced a glass lense with a plastic lense. I assumed that since the camera came with a glass lense they would use a glass lense to fix it. No such luck. read more

Horrible service. Technician stated they could repair my phone (cracked screen and home button); then worked on it for 30 minutes and came back and said he could not fix the home button! Kicker is he still took my $110! Guess what, right after I left I found out Apple repairs the screen and the button as one repair for guess what-$169!! Look who is out of just got gypped by Gadget Drop! ME!!! If you found out you could not fix it why would you take my money!!! Still have to pay $169 to Apple for my phone to be repaired fully! Called back to tell the company about what my findings were with Apple and their response "We don't accept returns, I worked on your phone for 30 minutes". Wow!!!
