Love these guys! I've been here about 3/4 times even though I've only been in Florida for about two months. They are right around the corner from where I'm staying right now and they haven't disappointed me or my fiancé once. I'm not 100% sure who owns the shop but when I went in the other day the service provided was top notch! I believe the man that helped me out was the owner. This may seem trivial to some, but the vast array of their incense choices is one of my top reasons I come in. Not to mention they have great options as far as vape coils and e-juice as well. There are one or two members of staff that are not the friendliest... but the star staff/owner outshine the negative. Thank you guys for being so real with people and giving the greatest deals around! Side note: They often have incredible deals on vape juice such as buy one get one free/half off. They sell salt nic too. The first time I went in I got two bottles of air factory, 6, 100ml for 25$! I think their specials change regularly so keep that in mind. read more

The workers in this location are the worst literally gave us false information about a product and then proceeded to tell us "look it the fuck up on Google." so apparently the people that get hired at this location don't know anything about the products. Don't bother wasting your time nor money because they literally said "they don't give a fuck." I love the customer service there, I'll accept one dude he's going to be a real jerk sometimes and for no reason. If you've read my reviews then you know I don't hand out one star reviews very liberally... That being said up in smoke on the Landstar near the airport in South Orlando gets one big fat star and for once I'm going to say the melodramatic if I could give you zero stars I would. Unfortunately I've been swindled several times it at this location and like an idiot I've returned like a battered wife for another robbing. I don't necessarily think I would call this a smoke shop per se, more like a convenience store. The guy that runs the place is more concerned about arguing with people about what he knows; when in fact his knowledge of the laws couldn't be any less accurate. This is bordering on negligent by misinforming people of laws that are completely out of date, especially... Especially when you're telling people that you know this as a fact. This is highly dangerous behavior on behalf of the business owner and to the customer. I'll dramatics aside, the pricing really is terrible and that's why I would call it a convenient store. You certainly are going there for a certain product particular product... You're just going there because you need to go there. This company is selling fake raw papers and cones. Very disappointed. Owner didn't want to make an exchange telling me they're verified raw cones were peeling a real cone you can't even tell where the paper is glued to the other. This one was peeling taste different looks different. I will never buy anything from this store again. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. Fist of all the "owner" is beyond rude and agrresive for no apparent reason. I was happily being helped by another employee when the manager rudely interrupted me and decided to give his unwanted opinion on my purchase. He then suggested in a very condensending way that I just purchase a new device as they were on sale for Black Friday, clearly making the assumption that I just wanted to be cheap. This place is actually a little gem. Yes, the staff can be a little unconventional but they are all good people. I have been a dozen or more times and have always felt welcome. Sometimes they do not have what I was looking for in stock but are quick to offer other alternatives. More than once they've thrown in a little extra for free to offset not having stock. The place is a smoke shop not a thrift shop, so yes the prices may be a little on the high side. Nonetheless, I trust them and will continue to bring my business to them. read more

This place is legit. Yes it is on the more expensive side but nobody is forcing you to pay the price. I shop here out of convenience because it is close to my work and I don't like waiting for things to come in the mail. I had an issue recently with a tank that came with the wrong coils. Went back and talk to who I think is the owner and he replaced the coils in question. In addition he gave me an extra one for my troubles. Will repeat. Bought my first mod here and the person working actually took the time to walk me through the whole process of vaping. read more
