No idea why someone disliked this place. Yeah, prices are a bit high and unlike almost every other smoke shop I have been in, they don't seem to be able to negotiate price. But their selection is huge, they've got just about any smoking-related item that you might need, and the gentleman who waited on me was certainly pleasant and knowledgeable. I would have no problem returning to VIP, and my experience with them was completely acceptable. Dr. B says check it out! Oh -- a note to the owner: your sign listing your hours is completely invisible even from a parking space directly in front of the building. I'm here often. Been a customer for 4 years. I've always had exceptional service no matter who's behind the counter. The prices are great considering surrounding smoke shop prices. I buy my Fume vapes here. It's a good idea to check if the Vapes are working before you leave. I did and it was working fine. However 15 minutes later it was not working. These things cost $20 each. I was afraid that they would not let me exchange it. I called and the young lady told me to come back. She exchanged it with no problem. I felt appreciated as a customer for her doing that. This guys removes all bad reviews. He was at 2 stars. It's ok. Word of mouth is stronger. Too expensive. No responsibility for the items they sell. I feel bad for the workers because they are forced to lie to customers for fear of losing their jobs. This new owner should burn in hell! read more

I bought two items that were defective. I attempted to exchange them and had a horrible experience. I've been a loyal customer for years, advising everyone to buy from this smoke shop and I live about 5 minutes away. The lead customer service representative argued with me as I explained the story. Then, the lead representative lied to the owner about the defected item, stating all parts were not there....as if I broke/dropped the item.....but all parts were there, placed improperly because it was defective****......an employee strived to show the lead rep the item was defective too, but was disregarded.....I am highly displeased and will never go back to this shop.... read more

If you guys are gonna close early maybe update your hours online, I've spent 100s of dollars in this POS store over the course of a few months and I came today 12 minutes before closing time and pulled on the door and it's locked? So I'm looking at him confused and he says they close in 2 minutes... if they close in 2 minutes why is the door locked? And then I put my phone up to the glass so he can see the hours and he starts yelling at me ? Like I'm the idiot for trying to come to an open store? Maybe this place needs employees that are willing to work until the store actually closes and not cut corners so they can leave early. Drove way out of my way to come here, made it on time just to get yelled at by some scumbag in the store who's not even man enough to have a conversation not yelling through glass. Last time I'll ever step foot in this shitty store. Don't try to come around their closing time because chances are they closed early cause the lazy employees wanted to go home early. I bet their shifts standing a smoke shop in the AC are so tough they have to go home early if you like eating your time and getting yelled at by lazy sand people this is the store for you. But I'm guessing you wouldn't enjoy that. Get new employees, they are lazy, and rude as fuck to you because they wanna close early joke of a store and joke of employees with joke prices. I Never use Yelp but I had to download this app to be able to express my feelings regarding this horrid situation! I have been going to this location for a couple of years now and have recommended many people. I bought 2 items and one was a gift, Imagine how embarrassed I was when both of the products turned out to be defective! So I went back to the store and explained the situation and the gentleman with the glasses interrupted me before letting me finish, and interpreted this situation differently as I soon learned when he called the owner. He did not say what we had said. This upset me immensely because the gentleman then said why are you getting mad at me I just work here! Wow! Really! I stated when you explained the situation to the owner it was not what I said! Even his co- worker understood but backed away when he did not listen. I guess the new owner doesn't know anything about customer service. He has also raised the prices! So they refunded one but not the other and when I asked why he said it's broken. Hellooo that's why I brought it back! I WILL NO LONGER RECOMMEND OR EVER GO BACK! Waste of 30 minutes of my time! Super pissed! read more
