I have emailed Michael Harrison 6 times (4/13, 4/23, 4/30, 5/11, 5/15, and 5/18) I received a response from him on May 11th saying that he would have a start date and a completion date within a day or so. Just then he realized it continued through our expensive steel roof & there was a gap between the steel roof & the pipe. The weather called for hours of rain for yesterday. What to do? Jimmy was so easy to work with & had terrific people skills on the phone. We were also delighted that Jimmy sent Eric out to finish the fix on the roof when he said he would yesterday afternoon. Eric was conscientious enough to fix a small crack on another pipe while on the roof. This was problem solving of the highest order for us.

Just because someone gets off work and has 1 beer to decompress from a long day of work AND a tree falling on our house making us unable to live in the home, does not make him drunk or belligerent. Mitch's terrible attitude was the problem in a very stressful situation. When they did remove the tree they drove all over my front yard with a bobcat, tearing the driveway and front yard up. I have proof of that and my insurance company is having to pay to fix everything due to Landmark's incompetence.
