I will say my only complaint is I wish there were more fabric types. They obviously specialize in quality cotton/linen fabrics but I would love to see more types!

I'd go with five stars for Plaza but for two li'l reasons I'll stick with 4: - they don't stock Staedler graphite pencils, and I just can't do General graphites. - some of the colors of Holbein gouache paint have been out of stock for a while.
