The Ambrose salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in deciding upon the appropriate sized unit to meet our electric usage needs at a fair price. I was promptly provided with and given instructions on completing through email, all the appropriate forms needed to apply for an interest-free loan, forms to request an upgrade of my gas meter by National Grid, forms to ensure that my purchase was a capital improvement to avoid any sales tax, and the form to consummate a contract. The installers arrived on time on the agreed upon date and because we were within a period of self-quarantining and social distancing, they wore face masks and observed appropriate procedures throughout the installation process. They cleaned up after themselves upon completion of their work and explained to me how the entire system worked. I am very pleased with my experience and will certainly favor engaging their service if I need any electrical work done in the future.

What I like best is being able to turn on the fixtures in the showroom to see what they look like when they're lit up. The sales people on the showroom floor are helpful. If you don't see what you're looking for they might be able to order it for you. I used to think they only carried high end fixtures because there are expensive and amazing looking chandeliers located near the entrance. But if you look around, you'll find there's something for everyone including some flush mount ceiling fixtures for $29 and $49. Also look for advertised sales and coupons. I got some great discounts. He spent more time with me explaining his process than the other estimators I met. Once I ordered the charger we set a preliminary date for the day after it arrived. MK showed up when promised and was here under 3 hours. The install looks great! Very minimal intrusion or visibility as he has to run the wire from my basement to the garage. The area was cleaned up like new and the drywall looked great, which is something the other estimates I got did not include.
