Randy took the time to educate me (quite thoroughly) on the leather cleaning business, including the various types of leather that furniture is made from. He wanted to make sure I understood what I was asking for. I learned so much from him, however due to personal issues he wasn't able to do the work at the time. But he kindly referred me to an associate company he was familiar with called Fibre Clean. A company which he was familiar with that did equally excellent work. He promptly forwarded my name to them and I got a call back from the Fibre Clean owner right away! The work has been completed and now my old furniture looks beautiful again!
