Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Randy took the time to educate me (quite thoroughly) on the leather cleaning business, including the various types of leather that furniture is made from. He wanted to make sure I understood what I was asking for. I learned so much from him, however due to personal issues he wasn't able to do the work at the time. But he kindly referred me to an associate company he was familiar with called Fibre Clean. A company which he was familiar with that did equally excellent work. He promptly forwarded my name to them and I got a call back from the Fibre Clean owner right away! The work has been completed and now my old furniture looks beautiful again! Very high quality work as well as top notch customer service and communication. My furniture looks brand new and I am so pleased! I would definitely recommend a call to either of them if you need any type of leather cleaning and conditioning done. BOYYY was I wrong. They did a horrible job. I'm not sure if it's because my car is an older car and not vintage or new. As professionals I thought they would take care of my car and do a good job especially for the priced I paid ($350 almost $400). Like I said my car is old and I'll admit it's dirty. But it's MY dirt that in the car that I paid for in the car that I put gas in and maintain. They did a chopped job. Truly. Don't get me wrong the workers are super nice, respectful, and polite. But I'm not paying $400 to talk to nice people. I want a job well done. For reference I asked for the liner of my car to be replace as it was falling off and obstructing my vision. They left the door handle hanging. They smeared glue on the passenger door's sun visor, they didn't properly install the passenger door's side channel/trim, they did a subpar job. I can still see fingerprints on the liner they installed (though granted only 3 days have passed and they told me to wait a week to "settle".) I really really don't recommend AT ALL. I called them back to get it fix and the things that could be fix got fixed but the things that couldn't weren't. Just. So disappointed
