He immediately issued a refund for the deposit and was very helpful and friendly. If you are planning on using this business, try to call the local office to get the best customer service. Booked labor to help with a charity event, but the committee decided to go another route. I cancelled my request (5 months before the event) and expected to get my Deposit refunded. I waited 2 weeks - no refund. Called and left a message - no refund. Called a week later and was told a request for the return of the deposit needed to be filed, no where in my confirmation of booking or cancelling did it say a separate request had to be submitted. So I submitted my request, 8 days later, still no return. They took my deposit instantly, and now I am receiving the run around trying to get it back. No idea if they are good at moving, but their customer service needs some attention.

I had paid them via Credit Card over the phone since I live out of state. It turns out they decided to run my card again just before Christmas for 400 dollars out of the blue. I wonder if they have ever heard of fraud? Apparently not. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD!!!!
