My loved one was sent home without adequate services in place or even a list of services I could contact. Also, the prescriptions, prescribed for my loved one, were not refillable and the social worker arranged a follow up psychiatric appointment with a psychiatrist for a date which would have been after the prescriptions would have run out. This would have left my loved one without medication. Luckily, I noticed this and changed the appointment to within an appropriate time frame. Sorry, Clarion Psychiatric, but your social work department dropped the ball with my loved one. To end on a positive note, my loved one expressed their care was very good and everyone was very kind.

She didn't seem to care much about the cuts on the patients arm from the fall, felt rather dismissive as we expressed our concerns. She did not adjust what pharmacy we used even though we asked and had an entire conversation about it leaving us with medication in a pharmacy over an hour away. I will say it was one of my better visits to an ER, just wish the PA was kinder and more empathetic, as she's dealing with injured people. Doctor was very quick once we got back, and then we waited another 30 to 45 minutes (at least it seemed that long, probably more realistically 20 to 30 minutes) for discharge papers with zero answers. I again went for labs and xrays. Lab tech was amazing, quick and efficient. Got results within a couple days. Xray techs were great, had chest and back xrays. While the staff was very polite and courteous, I received my chest xrays about 5 days later, we are now 10 days out, and I still haven't heard anything about my back xrays, which is a big thing my doctor wanted checked out. Called and asked about results to be told they aren't priority and it could be a month plus before I receive any results. I asked for a better timeframe and was told they couldn't begin to provide one, just to call back again in a few days. I understand staffing issues, but to wait for potentially over a month for xray results, especially when one set of xrays was reviewed and the other wasn't blows my mind. Security there is polite and easy to deal with. Like i said, very polite and pleasant staff overall, but VERY BAD if you want answers before 2087.

Savannah moved my appointment up 2 weeks leaving 2 1/2 months from now until the appointment. Savannah pretty much said go to ER if you don't like it find someone else. So I did. I was able to get a new patient intake appointment and testing in less than a week. Its terrible that there are not specialists practices locally that are dependable.
