I went to Patient First (four days later) and found out I had an ear infection. The doctors looked in my ears both times, so it baffles me on how they missed it.

Babies, colds, covid, lime, kidney failure & transplant, wellness exams, etc. ...the staff at Davenshire has always made the right call. Front office staff has also worked well, finding a timely appointment when needed. Nurses are also the best! From our experiences, knowledge and caring attitudes keep us coming back and higly recommending this practice.

I explained I was looking for a family dr I could visit when needed for an occasional illness, ie cold, stomach issue. I thought we had an understanding and the dr was pleasant enough. shortly after I was told I would need to come in for an exam every 6 months because my insurance required it. (not true). Then she said it was their office policy. in the last few months, I have had minor problems that required treatment in a timely manner. Both times I could not make an appt earlier than 2 days later. Was told to go to Urgent Care. My insurance would have paid in full for family dr but cost me $50 at UC. I relayed this to dr and they could care less. So - I am aware that I don't really matter as patient. They want me to come in for unnecessary exam, but are too busy when I need them. I will be changing drs.

There is no other feeling like this thing. If you have not tried the stretching table, you must try this. I just recently learned that they employ a massage therapist. The seem to do a lot of business in that field too. I just never knew of it. All in all, this is by far the best chiropractor I have ever been to. Very friendly and fun people to chat with as well.

I have had several family members at Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg. My grandmother was there…read morefirst she became a LT resident she thrived there, the last 3 years of her life she was happy, they would keep her involved in the activities and she loved joking and playing tricks on the nurses & staff and joking with them. My mother had several stays, for rehab and for Respite, she loved it there and her last stay there when she was discharged from the hospital she requested to go back because she knew there was nothing more that could be done for her and she said that the staff were like family to her and wanted to go there, the CNA's all the staff went to above and beyond to make her comfortable the last days of her life they were so supportive as she passed. Lastly my brother was also a rehab patient and the staff worked endlessly with him to rehab him although his Cancer decided to take over. But while he was there everyone treated him with dignity and respect during his stay. Remember all Healthcare facilities & hospitals have their issues just like any business. I find if you have an issue or concern, they cannot fix it if you do not let them aware. I recommend them 1000%.

She was in respiratory distress most of the day until I got there after work and insisted a ambulance be called . Some of the nursing staff was extremely confrontational and the therapy department was a complete waste of space . Find another facility . Trust me on this one . Don't live with regrets like I am now .

She was very thorough and listened to all of my issues. If I hadn't moved out of the area, I would still be going there.
