Dr. Bull is awesome; he has a great sense of humor and made me feel comfortable. I left feeling better because I was able to gain peace of mind. I just had to pay a copay for my visit, which was great. I understand that things happen unexpectedly, especially at a medical facility. I also species the fact that it's a walk in clinic so not everything will go as expected. However, when i asked if i could wait there or if they wanted me to stop back in a bit, she seemed shocked that I would want to wait that long. She told me to sign in at the kiosk and told me that I had to stay there. Then I received a text link to finish my sign in! I tried to buy was having difficulty so I stopped and just figured I'd wait till they called us. A different receptionist looked up from her computer and asked me if I was filling out the questions. I explained that I'm grandma and that the patients parents had his insurance card and only had pictures of it in my phone. She explained that I needed to upload the pictures or I would be held liable for the bill. After several attempts to fill out their forms and getting frustrated that if been there an hour and she told me that if have to start again! Seriously! Go to the end of the line because they expect the customers to enter information into their system! I thought that was their job! At least they used to. So I told her that I would just pay for the visit and she continued to tell me that I still need to complete the information before they could proceed! I became frustrated and irritated with her. They were able to administer an epi-shot there and steroids plus a couple other things. Since he had to have epinephrine, they called 911 for the ambulance to transport him to the hospital, everything was so smooth and the people were friendly and just wonderful.
