The PA and her assistant never made you feel comfortable or confident about being there. They have an attitude that actually makes you feel uncomforable. Terrible bedside manners, I guess, is a way to describe it. And, every time there were long waits. They were always way behind in their appointment times.

My husband has had many operations and procedures for skin cancer in his office and I have had a few also. The office help at the front desk tried so hard to accommodate us in every way. We were both handicapped last year and the office help made sure both of us made it to our car safely with their help on every visit out there. And there were many many visits. It almost incomprehensible to read these critiques. I can only account for our experiences. Dr. Saunders is expert at what he does and has been wonderful and personable in our experiences with him. She has kept me from looking like an ogre, and for this my vain self is very grateful. She is sympathetic while causing pain. So have to say she's got an excellent bedside manner!
