Upper crust can be found on the main street through the centre of Milford Haven. A good selection of baguettes to take away and the service is relatively quick, although not always polite. You can choose to eat in, although the menu doesn't appear to be as extensive as if you take away?! The service is noticeably slower if you eat in and the layout in the cafe, now it has been redecorated has led to many people leaving without buying anything. They have introduced a seperate area on a platform which means the elderly and anyone with very young children can't sit at certain tables as it is awkward to get up and down. It has also reduced the space for tables. Since redecorating, the prices have gone up but its still good food none the less and I'll continue to go there. read more
