I live on the West Coast and the tea set was owned by a gentleman outside Syracuse NY who told me he was too old and cranky to pack and ship things, so I would have to swing by and pick it up. So I called John (he picked up the phone on the third ring) and he put Joyce on the job. Four days later, I had my tea set, packed immaculately by Joyce, box clearly marked "fragile." This is why small businesses such as the well-named "Green Light" are the backbone of our communities. The price, considering the service & labor involved, was reasonable. I would trust John and his team with any shipping and packing job, or even random local "favor" I needed.

I would not recomend going to Action Printwear for any type of service unless you want terrible service and people giving you attitude. They moved my old heavy tube TV into the basement, set up the new one, placed it on the stand, got it all hooked up , waited to make sure it worked, and then took all the old packing material with them. They were very friendly and professional. They were gone by around 3:20 PM. Couldn't have gone any smoother.
