I was there for a 'procedure' and was already nervous (and pretty darn hungry; not the best Trish), but the staff put me at ease at once. I felt like the most important person in their care for the day and, honestly, that goes a long way towards overall care and commitment. Parking is easy and free, the signage in the facility is helpful and the staff makes every effort to make you comfortable and well-cared for.

Dr Cook was the only one available (not my usual Dr.). He was at LEAST an hour late for EVERY apt which was irritating. I was given a huge folder at 10 weeks with mostly advertisements for formula, bottles, etc. I never knew what was going to happen from one apt to the next (pants on or off? Checking for what and a butt swab I was not ready for). I saw a few of the doctors for my check ups but NEVER my actual Dr.... I mentioned at almost every apt how I planned to have my Mom and Husband w me and she'd be considered my Doula since she has 35 yrs of experience as a nurse (COVID days said you could only bring one person with you and a doula if u had one). On the night of labor, all three of us showed up to deliver and the Hospital told me she must be a Certified Doula and affiliated w the hospital !!!! My Mom was forced to leave and I just kept saying "WHY DIDN'T OB ASSOCIATES MENTION THIS??!!!" My mom would have done the certification in the 9 months or at least understood what was going on. Any check up I had w Dr Cook, I left crying! He was late, wouldn't listen to me and was really aggressive .. even when I told him how uncomfortable I was, he just kept pressing without explaining why he was hurting me. I PRAYED I'd get any other doctor for the delivery. I found out the doctor schedules and labored at home SO LONG hoping to get past his shift for ANYONE ELSE. .... Unfortunately He delivered my baby boy. I had filled out paperwork saying I DID NOT WANT AN EPISIOTOMY!!! In the middle of a no drug delivery (got there too late) he asked if he could cut me and as a dumb first timer, I think I said yes, but who knows and MY MOM WASN'T THERE! Having a doctor you DO NOT TRUST to give a shit about you, cut you, stitch you up and do it aggressively was traumatic. I walked out of my first follow up apt cuz Dr Cook as so late and I had my baby w me. Front desk would not give me anyone else. So I finally saw him at 9:45 for an 8:30 apt one day. Mentioned how I was still in a lot of pain .... The internal exam was SO AGGRESSIVE, RUSHED AND PAINFUL!!! I got all my records and left OBGYN Associates FOREVER !!

I am so sorry for any woman who has gone to him for any help with infertility, pain, etc. just for him to wanna shove birth control down your throat and or tell you the absolute worst thing possible with no sympathy at all. After a year of trying to figure out health issues I finally got the courage to go somewhere else and am just now realizing how wrong this doctor is performing his work. I wish that the office would take a better look at these patient comments and take care of the situation because I am extremely mad about how much of an emotional toll he put in my head.

Ivan and student nurse, Jillian, were the day nurses on 2nd day. Justin was the best blood draw ever! Connie and Joy cleaned my room so nicely. Dr. Culpepper, Kimberly Boneti, NP, Beth Stanaway, NP, Dr. Neyou, Dr. Gupta were all wonderful in the ICU. upon completion of my contact eye exam that took 2 visits over 3 weeks, and 2 vacation days off of…read morework, for my contact prescription, i was given an eye glass prescription.? So, I as well as my contact provider attempted to obtain the perscription info to no avail, I was told "why didn't you ask for the contact prescription upon completion of the visit"...My answer was, "Thats all i was there for, why was i given anything else other than that" i was then told "we normally give them to you". To have the contact provided to contact them, I did that. Immediately. They then told them (the online contact provider) they would fax it to them, with no release from me, the provider explained that they would need the info first to start an order process they refused to provide that, and faxed the prescription to them regardless....for no reason, with no order started its pointless to fax it, i literally pleaded with them to assist me in this process as i live 1.5 hrs away and coming into the office during regular office hours would require a 3rd day off of work (pto) to remedy their obvious mistake...they refused!! flat out refused! i asked to leave a voice mail for the Doctor, I was told "your talking to her" i asked "is this Dr.Bauer?" the response was "no I'm the voice mail, we don't have a voice machine" with a short chuckle. needless to say the service here is a joke, the compassion is absent, and there is no understanding of patients particular situations. this was my first visit to this office, i will NEVER be back.
