I returned and demanded that she fix the problem. To fix it, my daughter ended up losing allot of her length. I stopped visiting for some time. Recently, my daughter had senior pictures and this is the only site I know of that's open at 7am. I decided to revisit this site for a wash and set and flat ironed. I did not stay to see them finish the job, I had to work and My daughter is old enough to commute on her own. When I finally caught up with my daughter, her hair looked great BUT smelled burnt. After a week, she washed it and the smell was HORRIBLE, I then realized that they had DAMAGED her hair. I'm so HURT about this. Elizabeth seems to be a passive women but you can tell that her salon is not her passion. Poor job performance.

But I been doing my hair in Dominican salons since a young girl so I'm aware of the price for my hair . When the stylist was done she told me to go to the boss and the boss will give me the price . This lady had the nerve to say it will cost $105. How can a wash and set with ends clipped EVER be that price without a chemical treatment or color . Unfortunately, they lost a client and I will never return. I understand the pandemic may been hard on salons but it isn't the job of one client to make up for the money you have lost .

The shampoo and conditioning was gentle and my staff member was very attentive throughout the process. However, my hairdresser was rather dismissive and careless in cutting my hair with unsurprisingly poor results. I asked for a layered v-cut look with a gradual, seamless gradation, being specific in requesting that the layers not appear choppy. I do not believe he was paying attention to my request because he cut them exactly as I had not requested, i.e. choppy. I am very disappointed with the results, and if anything, will probably have to go elsewhere to get it fixed once it is slightly longer. Although it is a cheap cut for NYC ($35 for cut and shampoo), for the area it is more expensive and all together disappointing.
