The attitude of the service people at this location is very questionable. Especially the person who called us to report a package as "found", as if it was lost in the first place. We asked to return the package to sender but all we got is this UPS center trying to "beat" the system as if the delivery was made. From the very beginning of the call this person was hostile to us. At the end they hung up on us. Total unreliability and waste of time and money. This incident made us stop using UPS for our small business deliveries. read more

Came here to pick up my laptop ordered from B&H. I arrived and was asked for the tracking number and ID. Because my address did not match up with the shipping address, the sales associate said she could not give it to me. She asked if I have anything to verify that I live in Miami, so I showed my registration which is in my mother's name. Still she would not budge. She said that they can re-deliver it, but it wouldn't arrive till Tuesday..I paid extra to get 1 day shipping which seems like a waste at this point. She told me that I needed to show my copy on the lease to which I replied that I did not have on my person. She insisted on seeing it, despite the fact that I showed her my FOB/ resort pass with my picture and the name of the place and the fact that I have online access to thee resident site. Finally, I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor came 10 minutes later, appearing aloof. I told her that the UPS driver should have left the package with security or the postal service at the apartment complex and that all the information I provided should suffice. The supervisor asked to see my receipt showing the monetary value of the parcel, and said that B&H are very stringent. Nevertheless, I did receive my package. Overall, service is abysmal. I highly recommend that, if you must come here and you encounter the same problem, just ask to speak to the supervisor. read more

I've just picked up my package that was kept here because I was unable to receive it at my home. What a long drive. I was dreading coming to this location based on the horrifying reviews regarding the customer service on yelp. Ernesa (apologies if Misspelled) was the employee at the window. She greeted me immediately with a welcoming enthusiastic tone. I was so relieved and we engaged in small talk because of it. I had one problem though: the address on my packaging was different from that on my ID and they have strict policies - and rightfully so! Ernesa, gave me multiple alternatives to retrieve my package, with different ways of verifying the my identity. I walked out a happy customer, simply due to the effort that was given to satisfy a customer. I wish I could give this fewer than 1 star. I've been home awaiting a package for several days. It's been such a mission that I asked for onsite pickup instead. When I went to the location to pick up my package after requesting it first thing this morning, they still put it on the truck and never delivered (I put in the request almost 2 hours before they loaded). So after making the pilgrimage back home from the service site, they said they would make sure the driver delivered it today. So I arrive home to wait out the remainder of the afternoon and evening. Only to get notified that they attempted to make a delivery when they didn't. I have been sitting on my balcony overlooking the entrance to my complex for several hours. Whoever the driver is, flat out lied. There are special places in hell reserved for people like him. This UPS site should be reviewed and their employees fired for how rude they are and their compulsive lying. read more

Ups service is not what it use to be, I will from now on not using and also request that shippers not use ups to deliver to me. My last 3 deliveries experiences have been awful and with my deliveries not delivered as dated.Even today I called and they said the package was out for delivery then was told it was still not in Miami then was told it would be able to get picked up and now they called and said the package is still in transit. I was going to post my story but basically everyone else here has done that in one way or the other already. Basically the moral of the story is: Do not rely on this place or its employees. They are helpless to stop themselves from their own stupidities. They are no better than robots who are trained a very specific series of commands and can do no more beyond that. This is a microcosm of American Corporations and the Great Automation of the 21st century. The real people with brains who used to solve problems are gone in wave after wave of cost cutting. The robots who can only read from a script and make minimum wage are the new norm. I came to this location to pick up my package because the sender didn't add the suite number to our office. when I arrived I was asked for the tracking number and ID. Because my address did not match with the shipping address, the dispatcher said he could not give me the package. I mean who has an ID with their work address? He did say they can re-deliver. I wish I could give this a 0. Went to pick up a package here and the guy behind the desk was a complete a**. I feel sorry for the sweet lady who was working with him. He provided horrible customer service and wouldn't give me my package without telling me why!! When I got a little upset about that his response was to call the cops. Like, the real cops... like, Miami PD. Psycho right!? Even the cops had to ask him why he decided to call them instead of explaining himself a little more. I also ended up filing a complaint about him to UPS, and the lady on the phone with me couldn't believe what was going on. All could have been resolved if the man's ego didn't get in the way. I wish I could give 0 stars. I called yesterday to have them hold the package at this location. I checked online and it said my request had been made and it would be held for pick up. I get here today and this person at the pick up window tells me it is on the truck for delivery. I asked what happen, without even looking up to talk to me, she remained looking down and said "no one was working yesterday". I told her that the 800 number was and that the request was made for it to be held. She became very short with me and at that point I figured it was a lose-lose situation to talk further with the person who I was hoping could locate the package. Never have I had problems with UPS until I moved to Miami. Not one package of mine that has gone through Hialeah, has been properly delivered. If you live in an apartment building forget about it! Unless you have a 24/7 doorman, they don't even try to ring you. I even have had one driver "mistakenly" forget to leave an info notice which I am still trying to figure out where that package has gone. When you call customer service they answer every question you have with the same blind answer. When I changed delivery status to pick up I went there to receive it on the date UPS said it would be available IT WAS NOT in fact it was put out for delivery again when I made the request the week before! Infuriated, I asked them to update the status or contact the driver to make a delivery because it was obvious that they were making the mistake and they need to fix it. I was instructed to call the 1-800-# , I did so in the parking lot and was blatantly told that an employee has misinformed me and was unable to resolve anything! As I still make phone call after phone call they have yet to give me anything that is reassuring I am sure by tomorrow the package will be "LOST", which I will update on. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE! I wish I can give them a NO STAR! I was suppose to receive a pack from JCPenny only to have the driver send it back to the seller. On top of they lied and put that I wanted them to hold my package in their warehouse! Absolute false!!! When I called they said that because a packages was lost in the past, they now have me as do not leave package at my door. Worst delivery service ever. I was supposed to receive a package on Wednesday, I was at work so they left the paper saying they will try again the next business day. I signed the paper so they could drop the package the next day even though I was going to be home all day. They never came so I called the Customer service line and they told me they had tried to deliver the package earlier that day. However, I never heard the door nor did they tried to leave the package after I signed. They told me they would try again the day after and I made them know that it was ok if they just dropped it off by the door because I was going to be home and needed the package ASAP. Here I was al home all day waiting for the package which, of course, I never got because same thing as the previous day happened. I called again the Customer Care and they told me to go get it at their Central Service Station which I did and after waiting for an hour they had told me the driver had left and the package had a hold so they did not have my package and I had to wait until Monday to go and try to get it again from the Central. Unbelievable. Nor the Customer Service not the associates at the Central were able to help me when the driver that was supposed to deliver my package has never shown up since day 1 even when he said he did. And no one is responsible, staff did not care and was rude when I told them all I did and that I needed it. I had spent time, money, gas and still have not been able to get my package. I live in Miami, FL 33138. Definitely will also put a complain to the company sending me the package and will never use UPS service again. read more

This has been the worst experience ever with UPS. I was supposed to have a package delivered by Chase Bank on Monday and the driver discriminated against my brother and would not allow me to sign. So I was told it will be delivered the following day and guess what it was never delivered, I actually waited until 10pm for my package like an idiot. It is now Wednesday and I am now told by UPS that my package is either lost or stolen. Which is just b.s., in other words the driver stole my package. The supervisor at the distribution center was disrespectful and did not attempt to help me at all. I will not never use UPS services again. there is on-going theft in hialeah! my box went 40 miles and disappeared from box. iam a seller of art. my item was bubble-wrapped so well i had to seal my box 3 times with tape to close and had to put directions on outside on how to open with care, i was told it arrived to hialeah empty!! no way! it had to be cut out of the box!! it was ripped off, a value of $700.00. no recourse! the box was thrown away so no evidence!! beware!! read more

I DO NOT give a star to this place. My pkg was scanned and was in the truck for delivery that day, and they don't know where is it. Every employee supposed to have scanner with employee number. so I think should be easy to know that if that employee scanned the pkg to the truck for delivery, either him or her or the driver are the responsible for that pkg. Can"t imagine that it can be lost or disappear after been on the truck for delivery. Now they cant found the pkg. NO STAR for them. Very BAD service. and I choose them istead of USPS, not anymore. I was supposed to get my package delivered on Friday and that didn't happen because they had the wrong shipping address. I called to verify what was going on spoke to 3 people and gave them the right address and was promise a delivering for that following Monday. The package is supposed to be deliver at my job i wait after my schedule shift for my package and still nothing once again they haven't updated the address and no package. i call and speak with 4 different people the last person guarantees me the address is correct and that the package will be delivered today (tues) and of course still no update nor my package, I'm starting to think they lost my package. In total i have spoken to 9 different people and even was placed on hold twice for over 15mins.. this is unacceptable and the worst service ever... READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! UPS is the #1 worst big shipper! I am not so mad at this place but more so at the USP company on a whole. I had a package that was to be delivered yesterday. I clearly indicated that the UPS delivery person was to leave my package at the front of my door but he did not! The delivery person said he left a missed delivery slip on my front door but he did not! I then called the 1-800 UPS contact number and the person said they would contact this UPS Customer Service center and have my package ready for pick up after the UPS delivery person was back. Then about 15 minutes later this UPS Customer Service Center called me and said the UPS Delivery Person was back and that my package would be ready after 7 PM yesterday. All when smooth so far but this is where the story turn. I arrive at this UPS Service Center at 7:20 PM, 10 minutes before they close. There were over 50 people waiting already waiting to pick up packages. After about 30 minutes I was able to speak to a service person who said she would help. Then after another 15 minutes she said the UPS Delivery person was not back but as soon as he was she would send someone to get the package. Then at about 8:40 PM the woman announced to about 15 people still waiting that there was a 60% chance that we would not get our package. Then at 8:55 PM with about 12 people still waiting the woman announced again that we could continue to wait but that there was almost no chance that they would find our packages. The women said we could come back 3 days later when the center reopened and they would try to get our packages then. Ultimately I wasted nearly 3 hours for nothing. This is the reason why I hate UPS. read more

So MAD RIGHT NOW.... I planned and paid for a letter to be delivered express next day and package was never delivered nor the web states a delivery date, I called customer service and they are just giving the around, requested to speak with a supervisor and when she came on the line would not let me talk, sge kept over talking when I was trying to get a straight answer and then hung up on me. They kept saying if there is a delay they will deliver after 7pm, so I asked whats the latest time and no one seem to know. Im so frustrated because I needed that letter today!!! Otherwise, I wouldn't pay Next day rate, now I will be penalized. I need to take that letter some place tomorrow. Just want to cry because I just dont know what to do now, I might not have a place to live in, because UPS couldnt keep their promise of Next Day Deliver. I don't even know the right words to say. It is mind blowing how these people get away with what they do. They do not answer the phone. They delivered a mountain bike my mother order for me 2 moths ago, damaged. box was completely ripped and bike had a dent in the rim. I had to pay out of my pocket for a new box to ship it back. Now get this. The reordered bike was delivered to the wrong address and my mother had requested a signature. The delivered it to apartment 4 instead of my apartment ( 3), and not even to my complex to a complex I am assuming across the street. I have been on the phone for two days with ups to investigate this. I was told it is up to the UPS drivers discretion if he wants to leave it with a neighbor ! WHATTT! how is that even legal. I do not even know my neighbors. What happened to leaving a notice on my door that the attempt was made. Mind you I was home and saw the delivery truck drive by my street that same night. This is the Hialeah location. The reviews are pretty much the same as mine. They get away with this because we all just get our money back and let it be. Not me there is no way.
