rec notification pkgs delivered. went outside and NO pkgs. then saw driver coming down the street first pulled in the neighbors yard and then prceeded to come to my house. asked him to bring up to house , he said NO,I have dogs. I said I am putting them away right now. he said i do not have time to wait. I am running behind. By the time I got the dogs in the house and went to my car so I could get the pkgs (2-40 lb bags of dog food) he was just pulling away. He would not have lost anytime what so ever. yes I flipped him off. he's was a scrawny little shit with a head band. NOT veray considerate or helpful. in the process of getting the dog food in my car by myself, I had fallen. you need to train your people better customer service. This guy was a real asshole. 6/20 Updated. Package still at sorting facility about 2 miles away, where it has been for almost 2 weeks. UPS unable to deliver or put at pick location for 12 more days for reasons unexplained. I'm merely asking for my package which is here in my town and being told I need to wait almost two weeks for it to be delivered or made available. 6/18 Paid for UPS MyChoice to redeliver at a new date as I would not be home during the UPS scheduled delivery time. Package was not delivered on my requested date. Waited 2 business days and filed a lost package claim as there were no updates to the tracking and no delivery. I receive a call from a person named May at UPS claims department telling me the package was not lost and is at their sorting facility in my town about 2 miles away. I asked for it to be delivered or be provided a pick up location. May said it cannot be delivered and said I can't have it ready for pick up. Several calls UPS finally says it is delivered to my local CVS. Go to CVS and no package, it's back at the sorting facility instead. read more

They postponed the delivery date 2 days on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I called and they said that it wasn't delayed and that's just how long it takes. I asked if I could come and pick it up since it was already on town and was told that I'd have to wait until the new delivery date. Customer service couldn't care less. It's pretty bad when the post office is a better option. I'll use the mail from now on, they're cheaper and faster. read more

I have had issue after issue. Shady, sketchy UPS drivers leaving labels under the doormat (three times), not picking up packages, but today UPS hit the nail on the head with a disappointing delivery. Their management when a issue arises is also piss poor. Today we were home all day and our UPS driver off Jewel St, in Kingman, AZ delivered packages, they didn't ring the doorbell or knock, just left the packages by the door. My package was extremely damaged and why they would even attempt to deliver is beyond me? But to make matters worse my package had obvious signs it was opened and retaped. And wouldn't an experienced driver know if the box was a little light or empty? I immediately took several pictures prior to opening the damaged box. The box was empty. It was to contain several items. On a personal note kinda sketchy to leave a empty damaged package, it makes the driver look guilty as hell. I called the UPS customer service got a song and dance, but what got them really nervous was I mentioned I should contact the local Police Department. I have decided to file a report, and I contacted the place where I purchased these several items and sent them the 14 pictures I took. I am tired of calling customer service as the same things happen over and over. So now I will start posting feedback. Maybe then I will get some results. read more

This UPS store has the worst delivery i have ever encountered. I have spoken with their "Customer Care" team, supervisors, and staff until i am blue in the face..They do not "deliver service or packages." What they do deliver is stressful lies and broken promises. They say it is unsafe to deliver to my home and yet they deliver to mulitple homes on the same ranch with the same dry road conditions...I have heard since the onset of summer that a supervisor will be out to check the road....They do not come....We pay for a service that does not deliver or even call us when a package is on the truck..Instead, they leave the package in their office and wait a few days before shipping it back to the store it was purchased from...ONE star is too much for such poor poor service. I'm going out of country for a family vacation and don't have a phone currently as I broke it, have been waiting a week for and have said I've missed delivery every day even when I am home! They don't knock or ring a doorbell so how am I supposed to know you are here so I can sign for my package, so now I have to physically go pic up my package from the store. The worst UPS I have ever dealt with. My grandsons Bday present arrived at Kingman on June 15th and he still has not received a call or delivery. I called and they told me to file a claim and wouldn't let me because I had the wrong information. I was using their app and was signed in. Do not use UPS for your shipping. They are Useless, not helpful and seems to me they don't care about us, their customers. read more

The Kingman AZ UPS is very incompetent.. Call in the day before your package is to be delivered and put in a (will-call) and low and behold they put it on a delivery truck only to be sent to the wrong address.. This is the third time they have done this to me... read more

I work at a campground that has a posted speed limit of 5mph. Every time one of the drivers comes through the park, they reach speeds of 20mph easy. We have spoken to the drivers multiple times and now the only time they actually follow the rules is when they see an employee. When they think theyre out of our line of sight they speed back up. At any given time our campground has pedestrians and children riding their bikes, one of these days something bad is going to happen and someones going to lose their job and, possibly, freedom. The other day I had a run in with a driver I havent met before, so I kindly made him aware of the speed limit, his response was, "just so you know, a lot of people think we drive faster than we do because its such a big and loud vehicle, but I guess I'll keep an eye on it." My golf cart goea a max speed of 25mph and I couldn't keep up with the guy with my accelerator pinned, so I know this was not just a perception issue. Please remind your employees to follow the rules of whever area they are in before someone gets hurt. read more
