I ordered a package from NY to be 3 day shipped. Package made it all the way to sherman only to be denied because of address. I called customer service and verified the address was correct. They told me they would reach out to the hub and have management contact me. I missed the call but a women acknowledged that they had my package and that they would deliver in the morning. This morning my package is already headed back to ny... wtf and ups hasnt done a thing... but say sorry. How about holding people responsible. The reviews about this place speak volumes. read more

Why in the Sam Hill would a company as big as UPS only be open for customer interaction for two hours a day? So, all of the public's business must be done from 4:30-6:30pm? How ridiculous!!! Package says it was delivered but no picture of where it was delivered! It was not delivered to my address! Called customer service and got a robot that will not connect to a real person. I have to go online to file a claim at UPS.com and finding where to file a claim is not apparent. UPS has gone downhill a bunch. We have our address on both sides of the driveway and on the house and they still deliver somewhere else? I guess drivers do not have to be able to read to work for UPS! Maybe management should look at the reviews because they are as low as can be given. There should be a ZERO star rating because if you are a delivery business and can't deliver to the correct address then that is not a 1 star rating that is aZERO star rating! read more

Since Monday of this week UPS was telling me my delivery will be here before 7:00 p.m. on Friday then I get an update on Tuesday saying it'll be between 1:45 and 5:45 a very specific window ... I have to sign for this package then suddenly Thursday night at 10:00 p.m. there's an update that it won't be here until next Tuesday by 7:00 pm... I called to request the deliver my package during the time frame they originally promised and some sort of mechanical error is the fault of why I won't get my package ? It was all made up and now I have a computer worth more than $2,500 sitting on the back of a hot truck all memorial day weekend until some time after Tuesday that they won't sordid even though i need to be home to sign for it. driver left my package at austin college even though i'm not tied to them whatsoever. the college is a mile from my home, on the same road. they have one job; to deliver to the correct address. such a simple task made incredibly difficult for no reason and i can't even get in contact with a real person. read more

The only reason I gave one star is I can't give a lower rating. If a large company like UPS is not going to have a human answering the phone at least the robot could "hear" the tracking number. This number is completely useless. read more

Charged an additional $7.80 to be able to come pick up my package that requires a signature because I work during the day & can't stay home waiting on a delivery. This should definitely be a no cost option as it's located where the trucks pick up & return to. read more

Package was supposed to be here at 1:20... Then 3 and its 6 it's still not here... I paid 25 for overnight shipping to get it by a certain time and they said I would be next on the stop well that's 49 minutes and counting! I'm disappointed that I have wasted an entire day waiting :( read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could! My nephew's Christmas gifts are being returned to where the came from. The reason for this is that the Ups driver lied saying the package was refused. Of course my brother never even say the driver or got a knock on the door. So I call customer service and they are no help what so ever. 5 hours of being on hold and getting the run around. Then only to be told there is nothing they can do and they will investigate the driver. What a load of bull!! read more

I went here on February 4th, 2020. I had some documents notarized and shipped. They told me they would arrive on the next day, the 5th. They arrived on the 7th and were so damaged the documents could not be salvaged. I went by on the 8th to get a refund and was told only the manager could initiate a claim and she would be there on Monday, the 9th until about 4 PM. I couldn't make it Monday or Tuesday. I went on Wednesday and was told she was not there even though it was 3:30. They said she is never there past 2 or 2:30. So I was lied to about her being there. I said I work 6-2:30 and then pick up my granddaughter at school and could not make it til about 3:30. They said sorry but they could not help me other than give my number to the manager and have her call me. I gave it to them and to this day have not received a call. SO I am out over $51 and apparently will not be able to get a refund. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. She is also affiliated with the Durant, OK., location so please don't patronize that location as well. read more

Had a very important package they say was delivered and signed for but never got it. They left it at the wrong address yet we got a package 2 days before. We've had so many screw ups it rediculus. Use DHL or FedEx. Don't waste your money on a service as shabby as UPS. read more

I was having a package on a truck to bring it to my house around 6pm I got a email saying that it got changed for pickup something I didn't do since I work but know can't get any answer to get my product or to find out were the hell it is no one answers any number you call for UPS I hate getting stuff from them fedex is the way to go read more
