Customer service and basic courtesy high-tailed it, as well. There's a woman working the front counter and drive-thru, who has one of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered in my entire life. Everything is a bother to her... whether it's sprinkling and she has to come out and deliver your clothes or walk to the cash register to scan your credit card.
