Be it Amazon returns or to return textbook rentals for different people in my household. My most recent encounter was to do a few Amazon returns the day after Christmas, apparently, the same as everybody else in the area. The four people in the store were all over the place but overall, they handled the never-ending rush as well as can be expected. Two of our returns were able to be done via the self-serve kiosk and one (the largest in terms of size) has to go up to the counter. Either way, very fast and everything worked as advertised. This store is not the closest to the home office in terms of distance and the parking in the strip mall lot can at times be diabolical, but I've never had an issue with things not being done and processed here as quick as possible.

The line always moves fast (yes, I know it doesn't seem like it does, but that's because the line is long, not because they are inefficient). They have an APS machine (the automated machine that will sell you stamps & postage for packages). They'll do your passport applications. They have a wide variety of postal store paraphernalia. It's also one of the major sorting locations for the Valley. It's one of the best in the Valley, in my opinion. Speedy service is a good thing!

We paid $197.05 to ship it back home and was told by a female supervisor that it would require additional air packing on both sides of the frame, and we agreed with her. The female clerk ringing up the transaction did not know what she was doing and had to ask for assitance multiple times. I asked the clerk multiple times before leaving and she reassured me that the additional air packing would be added to the box, to ensure the item would be packaged appropriately and arrive intact. We received the package yesterday and the frame is scratched and damaged, the glass all shattered. When we opened the box the air packing that we were promised WAS NOT inside the box, hence why the frame was not only shattered but the shattered glass also scratched up the custom frame. I called the store directly this morning and initially spoke to Jimmy. Jimmy, you were very pleasant, this review has nothing to do with you. He told me the owner would contact me and he did. What is REALLY disturbing is that from the moment I answered my phone the owner was yelling at me, berating me, and blaming me for the damaged item. First of all, you are a business owner, act like one. He DID NOT AT ALL listen to what I was trying to explain to him regarding the fact that the frame was not packaged with the proper packing. All he did was argue with me and did not offer any assistance towards a solution to this problem at any time during this phone call. I cannot believe that owners like him get away with such behavior, lack of professionalism, and still run a business. Why am I doing this review? So other people do not experience what we did. Choose wisely before doing business here. Yes, it is a fragile item and I run a risk in shipping it. However, this is their business and this is what they do on a daily basis. They failed to include the air packing, the box was not tagged with "Fragile" stickers, which ultimately resulted in my frame being damaged and shattered. The owner failed to even admit that, let alone take responsibility for it.
