Stopped in around 3pm on a Saturday. The copy/print center was slammed and even though I wanted to get a document bound while I waited, I saw that there was a big line. I will only visit this Staples from now on!! Assistant manager Wayne really "paid it forward" today!! I had a huge donation of items to ship to Houston. Did not include my name or info. Just wanted kids to have art supplies and things to color. Googly eyes, "little jewels" paper bags, stickers, specialty stickers, papers, etc. even dog bowls and toys. I couldn't pay for the shipping on top of everything I spent $ for craft supplies (from the weekend). Tried Red Cross, an art supply store. Took a chance at Staples. Wayne was involved with FEMA before. He shipped this enormous, heavy box to Gallery Furniture in Houston. He didn't even know me!Kindness matters!! I needed to pick up treats so instead of donuts I got Twizzlers there. Barb (hoping I remember her name correctly) has been working at this location for 20 plus years. She was so kind!! The store is laid out very nicely. Everyone greeted me. Wayne didn't do it for "credit" or "kuddos." He did it for the kids. And pets!! And to bring some light into the darkness. Horrendous. I sent them a document that they needed to print 30 copies of. As a teacher, I deal with copiers. 30 copies of a document literally takes me 15 minutes. But it's during the summer so I agreed to pay $140. I called them 4 hours after the request and waited for 5 minutes on hold and never got a response. Called back an hour later and they still had not gotten to it. They called me 30 minutes before the store closed to tell me it was done and essentially said pick it up tomorrow eventhough online said I could pick it up that same day. The price paid for the service is absolutely asinine. read more

Any unsubscribe from their emails and have tried multiple times. Every time I click on the unsubscribe link from their email, it continually loads and times out. I have done this from numerous different computers and from my phone and it never works. Plus they don't match online pricing. My suggestion. Go on amazon. read more

The moment I stepped foot into this establishment I knew I was in for a good time as the cashier man immediately greeted me with a fleeting smile on his mask. I was immediately asked if I needed any help from an employee named timmy, he lead me through the store as we both went shopping together for my supplies. The manager on duty was just as great as he was taking precautions to the covid 19 photocall by wearing a mask and asking if I had a good visit. His name was astin I I beleive. The only thing that needs work is the bigger lady that keeps yelling at the employees all the time even though they are doing more than great. I ordered 2000 custom full-color, double business cards, and 1000 customer full-color double sided postcards on Saturday. It is now Weds. We were not informed until YESTERDAY( Tuesday evening at 8:30pm) that the printing machine had broken Monday... and we're only informed at that point because WE called THEM to find out why I hadn't received any communication about my order. Not only did they not even attempt to start my order when it came through - instead waiting 2 days- staff also neglected to care to let me know it could not be completed at all; thereby delaying my ability to get them done elsewhere. Not acceptable. I understand machines break. It happens. What shouldn't happen is an order sitting for 2 full days without even being started when your website states they will be completed prior to close following day. Perhaps it actually broke Sunday, and they were hoping it would be fixed Monday? Who knows. Either way, not cool. What also shouldn't happen is just not letting a customer - who prepaid online - know as soon as YOU know that the order is un-completable... but rather let them have to call you to find out what heck the problem is. I will not be using Staples again. read more

So done with this place, why do they play the online, free delivery game?, Cheaper than going there in person. My guess is they're going the way of everyone else..............Totally online! no money in copies and photos. All else can be purchased online. Last time I had an issue like this they resolved it with a in house gift card, so I bought combination locks with the same combination, only one worked.....................See Ya! read more

Haven't been here in years but outstanding customer service. Made invitations for my sons 1st birthday and they didn't have the envelopes needed in the copy department. Discounted the ones that fit from their card section to a ridiculous low price. True professionals at this store I thank them for the ease of the task set forth by my wife. read more

We have been shopping at this Staples for many years. Customer service is great. Recently went to purchase a Dell desktop and had them price match a Best Buy price which they were more then willing to do. It's an office supply store.. Not much else to say. read more
