Be it Amazon returns or to return textbook rentals for different people in my household. My most recent encounter was to do a few Amazon returns the day after Christmas, apparently, the same as everybody else in the area. The four people in the store were all over the place but overall, they handled the never-ending rush as well as can be expected. Two of our returns were able to be done via the self-serve kiosk and one (the largest in terms of size) has to go up to the counter. Either way, very fast and everything worked as advertised. This store is not the closest to the home office in terms of distance and the parking in the strip mall lot can at times be diabolical, but I've never had an issue with things not being done and processed here as quick as possible.

Two hours later after my customer confirmed delivery was a failure. The FedEx rep tried to get DONNA to help but DONNA refused to talk to me or help with the location of my package. I came with a package and a handwritten address / sender so I transfer it on a label. He said don't worry about a label, I'll do it. He took both package & paper and gave me a receipt. Do you know what he did? He tore the piece of paper (notebook lines) in 1/2 for the Sender and receiver. That package was for a client. I was so embarrassed. I haven't heard from this client since. Then HE sent one of my packages to the wrong address. He should go or be let go of. I make sure to use the older women with the glasses & a new gentlemen with outstanding customer service.

It's now 1:30pm with no call back and they still don't answer the phone. I wasted so much time coming out here to Allentown than $50 going to get breakfast down the street from them waiting for a call back. I'm sure they do their thing during the week but customers service on a Sunday in no good and false advertising for the 24 hour service.
