Wow! That was unexpected........so many lies in one small review. Your company was so professional right up to the event that we wereanticipating a great evening. We are unaware of any accommodations made that were not covered. I know this was donated for charity but we still paid quite a bit for it......I was unaware that we you buy something at a charity event you do not have the right to expect any degree of service.
We purchased EXACTLY what was asked for. If the drink recipes did not match up it was not our fault. In one email I had your recipes for 4 of the drinks so at least those should have worked. These young ladies clearly knew nothing about bar tending.
Even the garnishes were incorrect.....chunks of orange peel, round slices of lemons and limes and spoons filled with cherries in the bottom of cocktails.
After the event I did email your company hoping someone would contact me but they did not.

On YELP. We had 30 guests all of whom agreed that the service was poor. So many cocktails were dumped that people began to make their own.
I read your other review on YELP and it was quite good. My only conclusion is that you chose to send new and poorly trained bartenders to us because the service had been purchased at a charity event.
I don't understand that thinking because if we had been happy we would have used you again as perhaps many of our guests would have.
I stand by my first review and am sorry that you chose to ruin our evenibecause you thought a service purchased for charity was not important enough to do a good job. read more
